Deine Aufgaben

  • Du leitest und wickelst Sanitärprojekte selbstständig ab - von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe.
  • Du planst, koordinierst und überwachst Neu- und Umbauten und stellst die Einhaltung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualitätsstandards sicher.
  • Du erstellst Offerten, Nachträge und Abrechnungen und verantwortest die Materialbestellungen sowie die Terminplanung.
  • Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit Bauherren, Architekten, Fachplanern und Unternehmern.
  • Du führst und unterstützt unsere Monteure auf den Baustellen und nimmst an Bausitzungen sowie Baustellenbegehungen teil.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Sanitärinstallateur EFZ und hast idealerweise eine Weiterbildung als Sanitärplaner, Projektleiter Gebäudetechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation absolviert.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Projektleitung von Sanitäranlagen mit.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung.
  • Du überzeugst durch ein sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden, Partnern und weiteren Projektbeteiligten.
  • Du verfügst über gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie den Führerausweis Kategorie B.
