Description du poste Réaliser des travaux de soudure sur différents ouvrages métalliques, équipements et pièces mécaniques. Effectuer des réparations, modifications et renforcements sur des structures métalliques et matériels utilisés dans le secteur du BTP. Fabriquer, assembler et modifier des éléments de serrurerie, ferronnerie et constructions métalliques. Préparer, couper, cintrer et assembler des ronds à béton destinés à la réalisation d'armatures. Réaliser les opérations de découpe, meulage, perçage, pliage et préparation des pièces métalliques. Lire et interpréter les plans, croquis et documents techniques. Préparer les pièces avant soudage et contrôler la qualité des assemblages réalisés. Déterminer et régler les paramètres de soudage en fonction des travaux à effectuer. Participer aux travaux de montage, d'adaptation et de réparation au dépôt comme sur chantier. Contribuer à l'entretien du matériel et au bon fonctionnement des activités du dépôt.Qualifications Expérience confirmée en soudure et fabrication métallique. Maîtrise du soudage à l'arc à l'électrode enrobée (111). Bonne maîtrise du soudage MAG fil plein (135). Des connaissances en soudage TIG (141) constituent un atout. Bonne connaissance des procédés de soudage, de la préparation des assemblages et du contrôle des soudures. Capacité à réaliser des soudures sur des épaisseurs pouvant atteindre 10 mm. Bonne maîtrise des techniques de découpe, cintrage et assemblage des aciers. Capacité à lire des plans et à comprendre les symboles de soudage. Personne polyvalente, autonome, rigoureuse et soucieuse du travail bien fait. Esprit d'équipe et sens des responsabilités. Des connaissances en carrosserie constituent un véritable atout pour le poste. Permis B indispensable.
