Description:IT Project Manager (m/f/x)Main duties:• Define technical project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders• Identify and manage project dependencies, critical path and the dedicated project costs• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools• Be the key contact with other departments on the dedicated projects• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors• Conduct project debriefing and develop best practices and tools for project execution and management• Depending on the project, be the responsible for execution or coordination of support tasks• Occasionally act as a deputy for other team membersRequired profile:Minimum required criteria:• Be holder of a bachelor degree “BAC& 3” in Information Technology, Sciences, Economy or equivalent combination of education and experience on a similar position• Provide a proven experience in Project Management• Have strong leadership skills• Demonstrate a strong affinity for a wide range of software applications• Have user skills in project management tools and applications• Have an advanced command of standard office applications• Show excellent communication skills in English as well as skills in French or German (spoken and written)• Accept Duty Travel• Have good presentation skillsDesired or to be acquired criteria:• Must provide an effort in the undeveloped language• Shall learn and apply new technologies• Be able to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment• Be able to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities• Have strong organizational skills• Be accurate, detail oriented and reliable• Show a strong ability to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside the company• Show user skills in the tools used in the department The ideal candidate:• Be certified in project management practises• Have knowledge and / or experience in the field of airline and tour operator systems• Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as an asset
