Description de tâches:For our department Talent Attractionwithin General Services, we are looking for a (an):Manager Recruitment (m/f/x)Main duties: * Shape, implement and continuously improve Luxair's end-to-end recruitment processes incl. internal mobility, ensuring operational efficiency, business relevance, legal and regulatory compliance and a consistent, high-quality candidate and employee experience * Partner directly with business leaders and hiring managers to understand and anticipate recruitment needs, challenge requirements and priorities where appropriate and translate business needs into effective recruitment plans, while coordinating with HR Business Partners * Translate workforce forecasts and approved recruitment needs into team priorities, capacity plans, workload allocation and realistic delivery timelines * Ensure the timely, accurate and compliant execution of all recruitment activities and related administrative processes, from the opening of a vacancy to the handover for onboarding, in coordination with the relevant internal functions * Define and implement sourcing strategies to build sustainable talent pipelines for critical, and / or recurrent roles, as well as position requiring targeted sourcing, in Luxembourg and abroad * Ensure that recruiters and hiring managers apply structured and robust selection practices, including competency-based interviews, assessment tools, evaluation criteria and documented decision making * Lead, manage and develop the Recruitment team through clear objectives, workload distribution, coaching, regular feedback, review of recruitment cases and the introduction of new methods, tools and practices * Act as the functional and methodological owner of recruitment practices within Luxair, defining standards and ensuring their consistent application, while advising and supporting hiring managers * Define, monitor and report relevant recruitment indicators * Develop and implement Luxair's employer branding strategy in Luxembourg and abroad, across relevant channels, including social media, career fairs, job boards, professional networks, schools and universities * Manage the recruitment budget, monitor expenditure and ensure that external providers, recruitment tools and sourcing channels deliver measurable value * Act as Luxair's primary representative for recruitment-related external stakeholders, including public employment services, schools, universities, job fairs, professional associations and HR communities * Work in close collaboration with all HR Centers of expertise and operational departments to ensure consistency across the employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and recruitment to onboarding and integrationRequired profile:Minimum required criteria : * Master degree in Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience * A minimum of 5 years professional experience in a similar function, preferably within a complex or international organisation * Strong expertise in recruiting strategy and selection methodologies, including structured interviewing, assessment methods and recruitment performance measurement * Proven track record of advising a wide range of stakeholders and translating business needs into practical, effective solutions * Demonstrated leadership or people management experience within a complex Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Attraction function * Fluency in English, with German, French or and Luxembourgish being an asset * Experience of collaborating with key departments across a global business * Strong business acumen and customer/service-oriented approach * Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and work autonomously * Demonstrate data driven mindset and analytical skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent Luxair with external stakeholders and professional networks * Proven ability to build trusted relationships with all HR center of expertise, business leaders and hiring managers * Strong digital mindset and proficiency in recruitment technologies, including ATS, as well as Microsoft Office applications * Creativity, ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo * Ability to prioritize tasks and work in parallel on several different projects * Be proactive, take ownership and demonstrate initiativesDesired or to be acquired criteria : * Knowledge of the Luxembourg labour market and recruitment ecosystem * Experience in employer branding, international sourcing and internal mobilityThe ideal candidate : * Knowledge of additional languages relevant to Luxair's operating environmentExtrait de casier judiciaire exigé
