Hauptaufgaben- Zeitungen und Magazine gemäß einer festgelegten Verteilung auf die verschiedenen Flüge verteilen und kennzeichnen- Anhand des täglichen Einsatzplans die Anzahl der Mahlzeiten pro Trolley kontrollieren- Sämtliche zu liefernden Waren vorbereiten und die Verfallsdaten überprüfen- Trolleys und Container für „Getränke und Dry Goods“ gemäß den Beladeplänen befüllen und versiegeln- Trolleys und Container in die LKWs be- und entladen sowie deren Rücklauf nachverfolgen- Interne und externe Lieferungen durchführen und die dazugehörigen Dokumente gemäß den geltenden Verfahren ausfüllen- Für das Nachfüllen (Refilling) sorgen- Rollendes Material reinigen und die Laderampen sowie Lagerbestände in einwandfreiem Sauberkeitszustand haltenLKWs zur technischen Kontrolle vorführenMindestanforderungen für die Stelle- Abschluss des 9. Schuljahres in Luxemburg oder gleichwertige Erfahrung- Besitz eines LKW-Führerscheins sowie einer Fahrerkarte (Tachographenkarte)- Mindestens 6 Monate Erfahrung als LKW-Fahrer- Sich auf Französisch und Englisch ausdrücken können- Ausgeprägte Kontakt- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit- Hohe Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit- Fähigkeit, flexibel, selbstständig und im Team zu arbeiten- Gute Organisations- und Planungsfähigkeiten- Grundkenntnisse in einer weiteren Sprache gelten als Vorteil---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Main Responsibilities- Distribute and label newspapers & magazines on the different flights based on a predefined allocation- Check, based on the daily schedule, the number of meals per trolley- Prepare all goods to be delivered and check expiration dates- Fill the “beverages and dry goods” trolleys and containers according to loading plans and apply seals- Load/unload trolleys and containers into trucks and ensure their return tracking- Carry out internal and external deliveries and complete the related documents in accordance with current procedures- Ensure refilling- Clean rolling equipment and keep loading docks as well as stock areas in perfect cleanliness- Present trucks for technical inspectionMinimum Requirements for the Position- Completion of the 9th year of schooling in Luxembourg or equivalent experience- Possession of a truck driving license and a tachograph card- At least 6 months of experience as a truck driver- Proficiency in French and English- Good interpersonal skills- High level of accuracy and reliability- Ability to work in a team in a flexible and autonomous manner- Strong organizational and planning skills- Knowledge in another language will be considered an asset
