NET-A-PORTER is part of LuxExperience, the leading digital, multi-brand luxury group.

We are seeking an Innovation & Delivery Lead to join the Site Operations Team. This role serves as the central strategic "voice of the business" for future-state feature exploration, capability enhancements, and roadmap prioritisation across NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER.

Sitting at the intersection of commercial strategy, site operations, and digital experience, this role is responsible for establishing business intake governance, running prioritisation forums with senior stakeholders, defining business requirements, and driving the feature backlog before handing off to Product and Engineering teams.

Reporting directly into the Head of Site Operations & Delivery alongside QA and Incident Management, and working in close partnership with Site Trading, Product, Engineering, Content, Personal Shopping, and Customer Care teams.

Location: Our Westfield office in Shepherd’s Bush Reporting into: Site Trading Director Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (4 days in office) Team: Site Trading Level: Senior

Besides a competitive salary, we can offer you:

  • A pension that both you and the company contribute too
  • A portal with an array of discounts on things like theme park and cinema tickets
  • Our famous staff discount along with exclusive staff sales
  • Private healthcare for you and your family
  • Flexible working

Here’s a breakdown of some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • Design, own, and lead the central intake process for business feature requests, site capabilities, and operational tooling enhancements across all business departments.
  • Facilitate regular prioritisation forums and collaborative discovery workshops and hackathons with senior business leaders across Trading, Marketing, Personal Shopping, Customer Care, and Operations to review feature intake, evaluate commercial value, and establish roadmap consensus.
  • Translate big-picture commercial opportunities—such as brand curation versus revenue balancing, AI fashion co-pilots, regionalization, size/fit integration, and unsold inventory strategies—into clear, structured business requirements documentation and user scenarios.
  • Own and curate the internal business feature backlog and prioritisation framework, ensuring commercial impact, brand guidelines, and operational trade-offs are clearly evaluated prior to technical handoff.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Technical Leads, and Engineering teams during early discovery phases to represent business interests, challenge scope, and establish business success criteria without solutionising code.
  • Collaborate with Site Operations and trading teams to define operational readiness criteria, training needs, and change management strategies to ensure seamless adoption of newly released capabilities.
  • Oversee post-launch feature impact alongside business owners, tracking adoption, commercial outcomes, and operational learnings to continuously refine future backlog priorities.

Metrics you are responsible for:

  • Senior stakeholder alignment velocity and satisfaction across intake forums.
  • Quality, completeness, and sign-off rate of business requirements prior to Product and Engineering handoff.
  • Prioritisation efficiency and backlog health, measuring cycle time from business concept to roadmap entry.
  • Business user adoption rate and operational readiness across newly introduced features and tools.
  • Realization of commercial KPIs and post-launch feature impact against business case objectives.

The type of person we are looking for:

  • Senior experience in digital product management, business analysis, site operations, or strategic capability delivery within a complex, large-scale luxury or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen, skilled at evaluating complex trade-offs such as brand curation versus conversion, automated personalisation versus manual merchandising, and customer privacy versus tailored experiences.
  • Exceptional senior stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and influencing skills, with proven experience driving consensus across senior commercial, trading, and operational leadership.
  • Expertise in framing ambiguous business problems, running discovery hackathons and ideation sessions, and drafting comprehensive business requirements documentation.
  • Deep understanding of digital customer journeys, search and recommendation tooling, CMS and PIM workflows, and retail operational processes.
  • Self-directed leader comfortable operating at a senior level as an individual contributor without direct reports, acting as the primary advocate for business needs across tech and operational teams.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
