Description de tâches:HORECA Sales Representative (H/F/D)Qui sommes-nous?XXXX, la laiterie luxembourgeoise emblématique, connue pour ses produits de qualité et son engagement envers les producteurs.Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons pour rejoindre notre équipe:1 HORECA Sales Representativepour le Luxembourg (H/F/D)CDI à temps pleinVotre mission:Rattaché(e) au Responsable Commercial, vos principales responsabilités seront:• Gérer, développer, conseiller et fidéliser un portefeuille de client Horeca et Collectivités de votre secteur géographique• Analyser et gérer les demandes entrantes (téléphone, courriel) de la clientèle en étant force de proposition• Assurer le suivi administratif et commercial des dossiers clients: suivi des statistiques clients, suivi des rapports et compte-rendu d‘équipe, alimenter la base de données clients (CRM)• Maintenir une communication fluide et efficace avec l'ensemble des départements de l‘entreprise• Être un(e) ambassadeur(rice) de la marque XXXX.• Organiser et participer aux foires, salons et évènements de l'activité HORECA.Profil recherché:• Expérience: Vous justifiez d'au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur de l'HORECA.• Formation: Bac+2 minimum, idéalement en commerce, gestion ou assistanat commercial.• Langues: Le Luxembourgeois, Français et Allemand sont obligatoires, l'Anglais et le Portugais sont un plus.• Compétences techniques: Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, Outlook), la connaissance d'un ERP ou d'un CRM est un plus• Qualités personnelles: Rigueur, sens de l'organisation, aisance relationnelle, esprit d'équipe, réactivité et autonomie.• Permis B indispensablePourquoi rejoindre XXXX?• Avant tout pour partager la passion de la qualité de nos produits afin de valoriser la production de nos producteurs agriculteurs• Contribuer activement à la coopération au sein de l'équipe avec confiance, solidarité et respect• Un cadre de travail moderne, spacieux au sein d'un environnement verdoyant• Une salle de sport à votre disposition• Un restaurant d'entreprise avec tarif salarié préférentiel• Et bien d'autres avantages ….
