About the Role: We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end operational execution for our furniture business. You will be the central coordination point between production, procurement, warehouse, logistics, installation, and sales/design teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and at target cost.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule manufacturing orders; monitor production output and capacity.
  • Coordinate furniture/interior project execution from order confirmation to installation.
  • Manage procurement coordination for materials (boards, laminates, hardware, upholstery).
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and stock audits.
  • Enforce quality control standards and drive corrective actions for recurring issues.
  • Plan dispatch and logistics; coordinate transport vendors and delivery schedules.
  • Lead and train operational staff; build SOP compliance and accountability.
  • Maintain ERP data accuracy and generate KPI reports (on-time delivery, wastage, rework %, inventory accuracy).

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in operations management, preferably in furniture, interior fit-out, or related manufacturing/retail.
  • Proven experience coordinating across production, procurement, and project execution.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo or similar) and operational KPI tracking.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
