Tudo o que fazemos é movido pelo talento de nosso povo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar atividades previstas nos programas legais de SST (PGR, PCMSO e correlatos).Apoiar a implementação das ações de prevenção de riscos ocupacionais.Monitorar cumprimento das orientações de segurança nas atividades operacionais.Controlar documentação legal, prontuários ocupacionais e registros obrigatórios de SST.Ministrar treinamentos obrigatórios de segurança (NR-01, NR-06 e outros aplicáveis).Controlar fornecimento, registro e substituição de EPIs.Orientar colaboradores quanto ao uso correto de equipamentos de proteção.Realizar inspeções nos ambientes de trabalho.Organizar e acompanhar agendamentos de exames admissionais, periódicos, retorno ao trabalho e demissionais.Realizar integração de segurança para novos colaboradores e equipes mobilizadas em clientes.Atualizar cadastros e informações nos sistemas de SST e e-social.Acompanhar campanhas de prevenção e ações da CIPA.Registrar desvios, ocorrências (incidentes e condições inseguras) acompanhando tratativas operacionais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência na função.Executa tarefas variadas e rotineiras, com base em procedimentos de média complexidade, exigindo análise limitada e orientação eventual. Atua com autonomia restrita, supervisionando rotinas ou processos padronizados, seguindo diretrizes e decisões previamente estabelecidas.Toma decisões operacionais simples, escolhendo entre opções previamente definidas, com base em normas e procedimentos estabelecidos.Gera impacto limitado e indireto nos resultados financeiros ou na satisfação do cliente, restrito a atividades específicas e bem definidas.
