Procuramos um/uma Analista de Contas a Pagar para integrar projeto num cliente nosso, da indústria automotiva.

Responsabilidades e Tarefas da Função

Contas a Pagar: Lançamento de faturas de despesas gerais Contabilização de faturas de compra de peças e posterior gestão de estoque Verificação de preços na plataforma do cliente Contabilização de faturas de ativos fixos Lançamento de faturas FI (Débito Direto) Gestão de contas FAR (Bens recebidos/Faturas não recebidas) Gestão de reclamações de fornecedores Colaboração na revisão de propostas de pagamento Correções de fatura Controlo da SII

Contas a Receber

Emissão e lançamento de faturas de vendas Contabilização de recebimentos e conciliação bancária Verificação de recebimentos na plataforma do cliente Gestão de contas a receber (clientes e notas fiscais) Monitorização de vencimentos e cobranças Gestão de inadimplências e negociação com clientes Colaboração na revisão de propostas de crédito Correções de faturas e notas fiscais Controlo de recebimentos e geração de relatórios financeiros Atendimento a clientes e resolução de questões relacionadas a faturas e pagamentos

Requirements

Requisitos Obrigatórios

  • Licenciatura em Administração e Gestão de Empresas, Ciências Económicas ou Empresariais;
  • Experiência profissional: 2 a 3 anos na área;
  • Idiomas: Português nativo; Inglês fluente obrigatório (comunicação diária com países estrangeiros); Experiência em SAP e Excel; Power BI é um plus.
