Responsabilidades e Tarefas da Função

Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Custos – NVH e Soft Trim para integrar nossa equipe de Cost Engineering. Este profissional será responsável por desenvolver análises de custos de componentes automotivos, apoiar a definição de estratégias de redução de custos e fornecer suporte técnico às áreas de Engenharia, Compras e Finanças ao longo de todo o ciclo de desenvolvimento do produto.

A posição oferece atuação em um ambiente global, colaborando com equipes internacionais e contribuindo diretamente para a competitividade dos produtos por meio da engenharia de custos.

  • Desenvolver estimativas de custos de componentes e investimentos em ferramentais utilizando a metodologia Activity Based Costing (ABC).
  • Elaborar análises de Should Cost para componentes novos e modificados, considerando materiais, processos produtivos, mão de obra e investimentos industriais.
  • Apoiar a Engenharia na definição de soluções técnicas voltadas ao cumprimento das metas de custo (Design to Cost).
  • Suportar a área de Compras durante negociações com fornecedores, realizando análises comparativas entre os custos estimados e as propostas comerciais.
  • Desenvolver análises de viabilidade econômica para novos programas e modificações de engenharia.
  • Conduzir estudos comparativos de custos entre componentes produzidos em diferentes regiões globais.
  • Participar de atividades de Benchmarking e Value Optimization (VO), propondo oportunidades de redução de custos sem comprometer qualidade, desempenho e requisitos técnicos.
  • Pesquisar tendências de mercado, tecnologias, processos produtivos e matérias-primas para apoiar decisões estratégicas.
  • Realizar visitas técnicas a fornecedores para aprofundar o conhecimento dos processos de fabricação e identificar oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Trabalhar em parceria com Engenharia, Compras, Finanças, Qualidade e equipes globais de Cost Engineering.

Requisitos Obrigatórios

  • Graduação completa em Engenharia Mecânica, Produção, Materiais, Automotiva ou áreas correlatas. 

Experiência

  • Experiência mínima de 5 anos em Engenharia de Custos, Engenharia de Produto, Manufatura ou Processos na indústria automotiva.
  • Vivência com desenvolvimento de custos de componentes automotivos.
  • Experiência em ambientes industriais e processos produtivos será considerada um diferencial. Conhecimento Técnico
  • Conhecimento em metodologias de Engenharia de Custos e Activity Based Costing (ABC).
  • Experiência na elaboração de análises de Should Cost.
  • Conhecimento dos processos de fabricação de componentes NVH e Soft Trim, incluindo:Carpet Inner Dash Outer Dash Silencers Load Floor
  • Conhecimento em processos industriais como:Termoformagem Moldagem por compressão Die Cutting Waterjet Cutting
  • Conhecimento em avaliação de custos de ferramentais.
  • Excel avançado.
  • Microsoft PowerPoint e Word.
  • Inglês avançado para comunicação com equipes globais.

Requisitos Complementares

Pós-graduação ou Mestrado em Engenharia Industrial, Manufatura ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento em Power BI.Experiência em Benchmarking, Value Optimization e Design to Cost.Vivência em negociações técnicas com fornecedores.
