Sobre a oportunidade: Buscamos um(a) Analista de Engenharia de Testes Sênior para atuar no desenvolvimento e validação de módulos eletrônicos automotivos, participando de projetos globais e garantindo a qualidade, robustez e confiabilidade dos produtos. O profissional será responsável por conduzir testes em bancada e em veículos, apoiar o desenvolvimento de novos produtos, liderar tecnicamente atividades da equipe e atuar diretamente com times internacionais (EMEA, APAC e NAFTA). Esta é uma posição estratégica, com possibilidade de assumir futuramente a coordenação técnica das atividades da equipe. 

Principais responsabilidades

  • Planejar e executar testes de validação em módulos eletrônicos automotivos;
  • Realizar testes em bancada e em veículos, garantindo a qualidade e confiabilidade dos resultados;
  • Desenvolver planos de testes, protocolos e estratégias de validação de novos produtos;
  • Analisar falhas, interpretar resultados e propor ações de melhoria;
  • Trabalhar com ferramentas de diagnóstico e comunicação veicular da Vector;
  • Realizar análise de protocolos de comunicação e circuitos eletrônicos;
  • Elaborar documentação técnica e relatórios de validação;
  • Participar do desenvolvimento de metodologias de testes e melhoria contínua dos processos;
  • Atuar em conjunto com equipes globais de Engenharia, Qualidade e Desenvolvimento de Produto;
  • Participar do planejamento das atividades, definição de cronogramas e reporte semanal para a gerência;
  • Apoiar estimativas técnicas de esforço para novos projetos e propostas comerciais;
  • Liderar tecnicamente atividades multidisciplinares, podendo evoluir para coordenação da equipe.

Requisitos

  • Graduação completa em Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia Eletrônica, Engenharia da Computação, Engenharia de Controle e Automação ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência sólida em Engenharia de Testes no segmento automotivo;
  • Vivência com validação e aplicação de módulos eletrônicos automotivos ou arquitetura eletrônica veicular;
  • Conhecimento avançado nas ferramentas da Vector, especialmente: CANalyzer; CANoe; DIVA; CANape/RedCAM (conforme experiência da empresa);
  • Experiência com diagnóstico veicular;
  • Conhecimento em protocolos de comunicação automotiva;
  • Experiência com testes em bancada e em veículos;
  • Conhecimento em análise de circuitos eletrônicos;
  • Programação em linguagem C;
  • Conhecimento em Python;
  • Vivência com ferramentas de desenvolvimento de produto como Jira e DOORS;
  • Inglês fluente, com utilização diária em reuniões e interação com equipes internacionais.

  • Experiência em fabricantes de autopeças (Tier 1/Tier 2), montadoras, veículos comerciais, ônibus, caminhões ou máquinas agrícolas;
  • Vivência em empresas que atuem com validação de módulos eletrônicos automotivos;
  • Conhecimento em levantamento técnico de esforço para projetos;
  • Experiência em liderança técnica ou coordenação de atividades.
