Principais responsabilidades:

SUPORTE A ERP E APLICAÇÕES

  • Fornecer suporte funcional para ERP e aplicações críticas de negócio utilizadas em toda a organização global de Serviços. Isah ERP, SAP Business One
  • Investigar, diagnosticar e coordenar a resolução de incidentes e problemas em aplicações.
  • Analisar problemas recorrentes e propor melhorias sustentáveis.
  • Apoiar atividades do ciclo de vida das aplicações, incluindo upgrades, releases, testes e implantações.

ANALISE DE NEGOCIOS E MELHORIA DE PROCESSOS

  • Engajar-se com as partes interessadas do negócio para compreender necessidades e desafios operacionais.
  • Levantar, analisar e documentar requisitos de negócio.
  • Traduzir requisitos de negócio em soluções funcionais e iniciativas de melhoria.
  • Identificar oportunidades para otimizar, padronizar e automatizar processos de negócio por meio de tecnologia.

ENTREGA DE PROJETOS E MUDANÇAS

  • Apoiar implementações de ERP, lançamentos, integrações e iniciativas de transformação de negócios.
  • Coordenar alterações em aplicações e solicitações de melhoria, desde a concepção até a entrega.
  • Facilitar testes de aceitação do usuário (UAT), treinamentos e atividades de adoção.
  • Contribuir para projetos globais que envolvam processos de Serviços e as aplicações de suporte.

GESTÃO DE PARTES INTERESSADAS E FORNECEDORES

  • Atuar como o principal elo entre os departamentos de negócio, as equipes de TI e os fornecedores externos de software.
  • Coordenar atividades e prioridades entre múltiplas partes interessadas e regiões.
  • Monitorar o desempenho dos fornecedores e garantir o acompanhamento pontual de questões e entregas em aberto.
  • Construir relacionamentos de confiança com os usuários do negócio e promover a colaboração eficaz entre negócio e TI.

DOCUMENTAÇÃO E GESTÃO DE CONHECIMENTO

  • Manter a documentação de aplicações, fluxos de processo, instruções de trabalho e artigos de conhecimento.
  • Apoiar a criação de padrões e boas práticas para a gestão de aplicações de negócio.
  • Contribuir para o compartilhamento de conhecimento dentro da equipe global.
