Descrição da função

Atuar como referência técnica no desenvolvimento e na gestão de componentes mecatrônicos automotivos, com foco em módulos eletrônicos, participando da especificação, desenvolvimento junto aos fornecedores, resolução de problemas técnicos e gerenciamento de modificações ao longo do ciclo de vida do produto.

Responsabilidades e tarefas

  • Especificar e desenvolver componentes mecatrônicos automotivos em conjunto com fornecedores;
  • Gerenciar tecnicamente o desenvolvimento dos componentes, garantindo o atendimento aos requisitos de produto, qualidade e prazos do projeto;
  • Atuar no diagnóstico de problemas técnicos, análise de causa raiz e definição de ações corretivas;
  • Gerenciar modificações de produto e acompanhar sua implementação;
  • Ser referência técnica para as interfaces de software (SW), hardware (HW) e mecânica;
  • Atuar em conjunto com as áreas de Networking, Diagnose, Validação e Sistemas;
  • Coordenar atividades com equipes internas para garantir o alinhamento dos requisitos técnicos junto aos fornecedores;
  • Monitorar as entregas dos fornecedores e assegurar o cumprimento dos marcos e cronogramas do projeto.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Formação superior completa em Engenharia Elétrica, Eletrônica, Mecatrônica, Automação ou áreas correlatas, com foco em eletrônica;
  • Experiência em Engenharia de Produto e desenvolvimento de componentes automotivos;
  • Experiência em gestão técnica de componentes e interface com fornecedores;
  • Inglês avançado, com boa capacidade de comunicação oral;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Betim/MG.

Requisitos desejáveis

  • Experiência com módulos eletrônicos automotivos, especialmente BCM (Body Control Module);
  • Conhecimento em desenvolvimento de software e hardware embarcados;
  • Experiência em gestão de projetos e acompanhamento de cronogramas;
  • Vivência anterior em projetos da PSA, FCA ou Stellantis.
