Bill of Materials

Responsabilidades e Tarefas da Função

  • Gestão de Estrutura de Produto (EBOM/MBOM): Estruturar, auditar e manter a Lista de Materiais de Manufatura no Sistema PLM, desdobrando as definições da Engenharia e configurando a complexidade de variantes (opcionais, motorizações, mercados).
  • Implementação de Alterações de Engenharia: Analisar e implementar ordens de modificação (CNs/ECOs), definindo estrategicamente as datas de corte (effectivity dates) em conjunto com a Logística para evitar obsolescência de estoque.
  • Governança e Qualidade de Dados: Garantir que o cadastro de Part Numbers, roteiros de consumo e pontos de aplicação na linha de montagem estejam 100% corretos, assegurando que a explosão do MRP ocorra sem falhas.
  • Interface Interdepartamental: Atuar como ponto focal técnico entre Engenharia de Desenvolvimento, Compras, Logística (Supply Chain) e Chão de Fábrica.
  • Auditoria de Processo: Realizar validações periódicas na linha de produção para garantir o alinhamento entre o consumo real de materiais e a estrutura sistêmica (BOM).

Requisitos Obrigatórios

Inglês: Habilidades de leitura, escrita e conversação;

Ensino superior: Completo ou cursando o último ano de engenharia, preferencialmente produção ou mecânica.

Requisitos Complementares

  • Experiência prévia com gestão de BOM / Lista de Materiais ou Engenharia de Processos no setor automotivo, será um diferencial.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas ERP (SAP - Genome) e ferramentas de PLM/PDM (ex: Teamcenter, Catia, ETC).
  • Excel Avançado (tabelas dinâmicas, PROCV/X, fórmulas lógicas) para manipulação de grandes volumes de dados.
  • Conhecimento sobre o fluxo de Alterações de Engenharia (CN / ECO / ECM).

Competências Comportamentais (Soft Skills):

  • Atenção extrema aos detalhes: Um dígito errado na BOM pode parar uma fábrica ou gerar compras incorretas de milhões de reais.
  • Excelente comunicação e negociação: Capacidade de transitar e resolver conflitos entre a Engenharia (teórica) e a Manufatura/Logística (prática).
  • Resiliência e agilidade: Capacidade de lidar com um ambiente de ritmo acelerado e mudanças constantes de escopo e cronograma.
