Estamos buscando: Analista de Sistemas Pleno – Operações de Varejo

Resumo do Perfil

Profissional com experiência em sustentação de sistemas de varejo, atuando na operação e suporte dos ambientes de PDV, Self-Checkout e integrações relacionadas à operação das lojas. Responsável por garantir a continuidade operacional, monitorar processos críticos, apoiar a resolução de incidentes e executar atividades de implantação e configuração de novas unidades.

Possuir conhecimento em sistemas de PDV, ambiente Linux, bancos de dados e integrações entre sistemas, com capacidade analítica para investigação de problemas, identificação de causas e atuação preventiva.

Atua em conjunto com equipes de Service Desk, N3, Integração, Plataforma e fornecedores para assegurar a estabilidade e eficiência dos processos operacionais.

Conhecimento na plataforma Zanthus será considerado um diferencial.

Principais Competências

• Conhecimento em sistemas de varejo e operação de lojas.

• Experiência com sistemas de PDV e Self-Checkout.

• Conhecimento em Linux para análise e troubleshooting.

• Conhecimento em banco de dados e consultas SQL.

• Capacidade analítica para investigação e resolução de incidentes.

• Monitoramento de processos e serviços críticos.

• Conhecimento em integrações entre sistemas.

• Configuração e implantação de equipamentos de loja.

• Gestão e acompanhamento de chamados N2.

• Relacionamento com fornecedores e áreas técnicas.

• Organização, documentação e acompanhamento de atividades operacionais.

• Conhecimento na solução Zanthus (diferencial).

• Conhecimento em ERP TOTVS/Protheus (diferencial).

Principais Responsabilidades

• Atuar na sustentação técnica e funcional do ecossistema de PDV, garantindo estabilidade e continuidade operacional das lojas.

• Apoiar o Service Desk na análise, tratamento e resolução de incidentes relacionados aos sistemas de PDV, serviços, integrações e processos operacionais.

• Executar e acompanhar cargas de dados para os PDVs, atuando em falhas de distribuição automática e garantindo a atualização dos ambientes de loja.

• Realizar setup, configuração e implantação de novas lojas, incluindo PDVs, Self-Checkout, periféricos e comunicação com sistemas corporativos.

• Monitorar diariamente processos críticos da operação, incluindo comunicação dos PDVs, cargas automáticas, NFCE, integrações e serviços da plataforma Zanthus.

• Atuar preventivamente na identificação, análise e correção de falhas operacionais e inconsistências sistêmicas.

• Validar movimentações sistêmicas relacionadas a produtos, preços, promoções, notas rejeitadas, reembolsos e integrações com ERP.

• Apoiar homologações, testes funcionais e validações operacionais de melhorias, correções e novas funcionalidades.

• Acompanhar implantações em produção, garantindo a correta execução dos procedimentos e minimização de impactos à operação.

• Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes de N3, Integração, Plataforma e fornecedores externos na análise e resolução de incidentes recorrentes.

• Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos operacionais e contribuir para a evolução contínua dos sistemas de loja.

• Manter atualizada a documentação operacional, procedimentos e base de conhecimento da área.

Requisitos Desejáveis

• Experiência com ambiente de varejo de médio ou grande porte.

• Conhecimento na plataforma Zanthus (PDV, Retaguarda e Monitoramento).

• Conhecimento em ERP TOTVS Protheus.

• Experiência com implantação de lojas e suporte à operação.

• Conhecimento em redes, periféricos de automação comercial e equipamentos de PDV.

• Vivência com monitoramento de ambientes e análise de logs.

Disponibilidade

• Disponibilidade para atuação preferencial em escala 12x36.

• Disponibilidade para atendimentos emergenciais e acompanhamento de implantações quando necessário.
