Descrição do Anúncio Estamos em busca de um Analista de TI Sênior com foco em Sistemas Totvs, em modelo 100% presencial em Belo Horizonte. O profissional será a referência técnica na empresa para os produtos Totvs RM e Fluig, atuando tanto na sustentação do ambiente atual quanto na implementação de novas soluções e melhorias. Buscamos um perfil altamente analítico, com forte base técnica para resolver problemas complexos, propor arquiteturas eficientes e garantir a estabilidade e evolução tecnológica das nossas operações. Responsabilidades

  • Liderar tecnicamente a implantação, atualização e manutenção dos módulos do ERP Totvs RM.
  • Desenvolver, arquitetar e dar manutenção em processos de BPM (Workflows), formulários, datasets e widgets na plataforma Fluig.
  • Atuar na sustentação avançada (Nível 3), diagnosticando e corrigindo falhas sistêmicas de alta complexidade nos produtos Totvs.
  • Desenvolver e gerenciar integrações entre o ecossistema Totvs (RM/Fluig) e sistemas legados ou de terceiros (via API REST/SOAP).
  • Realizar consultas e manutenção em Banco de Dados (SQL Server/Oracle) para extração de relatórios, criação de views e procedures para apoio às áreas de negócio.
  • Mapear necessidades junto aos usuários chave, traduzindo requisitos de negócio em soluções técnicas viáveis dentro das plataformas.
  • Garantir a performance, segurança e integridade das aplicações geridas.

Requisitos Mínimos

  • Experiência na parametrização e regras de negócio de módulos específicos do RM Labore, (folha de pagamento).
  • Experiência consolidada de atuação técnica com Totvs RM (instalação, arquitetura técnica, fórmulas, planilhas, relatórios).
  • Forte vivência com a plataforma Fluig (desenvolvimento de formulários web, workflows e integração de datasets).
  • Conhecimentos sólidos em Banco de Dados Relacional (SQL) e criação de queries complexas.
  • Conhecimentos em lógica de programação e linguagens essenciais para o Fluig (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
  • Formação superior completa em TI, Ciência da Computação, Análise de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas.
  • Perfil analítico e capacidade de resolver problemas com autonomia.
  • Disponibilidade para atuação 100% presencial em BH.

Diferenciais Desejáveis

  • Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban) e uso de ferramentas como Jira ou Azure DevOps.
  • Experiência prévia com modelagem de processos (BPMN).
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de BI (Power BI, Tableau) para integração de dados com o ERP.

É imprescindível ter resiliência para lidar com situações críticas em ambiente de produção, excelente comunicação para traduzir o "tecniquês" para as áreas de negócio (RH, Financeiro, Logística, etc.) e visão sistêmica para entender como uma alteração no sistema impacta o todo da empresa.
