Consultoria especializada está conduzindo processo seletivo para uma empresa consolidada no segmento de gestão e suporte empresarial, reconhecida pela excelência na organização de seus processos administrativos e financeiros.

Buscamos um(a) Analista Financeiro Sênior para assumir papel de referência técnica na área, atuando no controle das operações financeiras, na elaboração de análises gerenciais e na melhoria contínua dos processos internos.

Missão do cargo

Executar, controlar e aprimorar os processos financeiros da empresa, garantindo precisão das informações, cumprimento dos prazos e suporte à tomada de decisão da diretoria, com atuação analítica e visão de melhoria contínua.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Acompanhar o faturamento da empresa e todo o processo de recebimentos, utilizando planilhas, notas fiscais e sistema de gestão.
  • Conferir lançamentos financeiros, análises de previsto versus realizado e relatórios gerenciais.
  • Elaborar, atualizar e acompanhar o fluxo de caixa, realizando análises das variações entre os valores previstos e realizados.
  • Realizar conciliações bancárias e manter os controles financeiros atualizados.
  • Acompanhar as rotinas de contas a pagar e contas a receber, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos.
  • Conferir, em conjunto com a contabilidade, os tributos incidentes sobre as operações da empresa.
  • Realizar mensalmente a conciliação entre os números apresentados pela contabilidade e os controles gerenciais internos.
  • Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e indicadores financeiros para apoiar a tomada de decisão da diretoria.
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos financeiros, propondo soluções que aumentem a eficiência e a confiabilidade da área.
  • Garantir que os processos financeiros estejam em conformidade com as políticas internas e com as normas contábeis, tributárias e de compliance.
  • Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, sempre que necessário.
  • Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas Contábil, Fiscal, Jurídica e de Controladoria, garantindo a consistência das informações financeiras.

Formação acadêmica

  • Ensino Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia ou Gestão Financeira.

Conhecimentos técnicos

  • Fluxo de caixa.
  • Contas a pagar e contas a receber.
  • Conciliação bancária.
  • Emissão de notas fiscais.
  • Excel em nível intermediário ou avançado.
  • Elaboração e acompanhamento de indicadores financeiros.
  • Noções de tributação e legislação fiscal.
