Estamos em busca de Analista Funcional Totvs RM HCM Sênior para atuar em projetos estratégicos, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento, evolução e sustentação de soluções robustas e escaláveis.

Requisitos

Experiência comprovada com TOTVS RM HCM é o requisito principal;

Não basta ter apenas conhecimento de regras de negócio ou experiência em outros sistemas de RH;

O cliente busca profissionais que já tenham vivência prática na implantação e utilização do TOTVS RM;

O profissional deverá atuar com temas como:

  • Folha de pagamento;
  • 13º salário;
  • Benefícios;
  • Cartão-ponto e jornada;
  • Avaliação de desempenho;
  • Cargos e salários;
  • Demais módulos e processos de RH do TOTVS RM HCM.

Principais atividades

  • Entrevistar usuários e usuários-chave;
  • Entender processos e necessidades do cliente;
  • Levantar requisitos funcionais;
  • Realizar parametrizações do sistema;
  • Apoiar a preparação do ambiente de homologação;
  • Acompanhar testes e validações;
  • Documentar processos e configurações;
  • Interagir com QA, desenvolvedores, arquitetos e equipes da TOTVS;
  • Apoiar a implantação e a evolução da solução.

Modelo de trabalho e duração

  • Duração de projeto: até 21 meses;
  • Modelo de trabalho: 100% presencial, com possibilidade de evolução para o modelo híbrido ao longo do projeto;
  • Local de atuação: Avenida Rebouças, região da Consolação, São Paulo/SP.
