Especialista de Suprimentos – Projetos Industriais Local: Nova Lima/MG Regime administrativo 100% presencial

Contexto da Posição

Trata-se de uma posição de nível especialista, com atuação estratégica em projetos industriais de grande porte CAPEX, especialmente nos segmentos de mineração e metalurgia.

O profissional será responsável por liderar as frentes de Suprimentos ao longo de todo o ciclo de vida dos projetos, desde estudos de viabilidade até implantação e comissionamento, assegurando eficiência contratual, competitividade comercial, governança e mitigação de riscos.

Atuará como referência técnica da área dentro dos projetos, com interface direta com Engenharia, Construção, Planejamento, Jurídico, Controladoria, Segurança e stakeholders internacionais.

Responsabilidades e Tarefas da Função

Atuar estrategicamente em projetos industriais de grande porte CAPEX, participando desde a viabilidade até a execução e comissionamento Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de sourcing para aquisição de equipamentos, serviços técnicos, obras e contratos EPC e EPCM Conduzir processos de RFI, RFP e negociações complexas com fornecedores nacionais e internacionais Elaborar análises técnico comerciais, mapas comparativos e recomendações de compra Estruturar contratos complexos de alto valor agregado, garantindo governança e mitigação de riscos Realizar análises de mercado e desenvolvimento de fornecedores no Brasil e no exterior Garantir alinhamento entre cronograma de suprimentos e planejamento do projeto Atuar como ponto focal de Suprimentos junto às áreas de Engenharia, Construção, Planejamento, Jurídico, Controladoria e stakeholders globais

Requisitos Obrigatórios

Formação superior em Engenharia, Administração, Economia, Comércio Exterior ou áreas correlatas Experiência sólida em Suprimentos para projetos industriais de grande porte mineração, metalurgia, siderurgia, óleo e gás ou similares Vivência em negociações complexas e contratos estratégicos de alto valor Experiência com fornecedores nacionais e internacionais Inglês avançado ou fluente mandatório Experiência com ERP SAP, Oracle, Totvs ou similares

Requisitos Complementares

Conhecimento em gestão de projetos CAPEX Experiência com contratos EPC e EPCM Perfil analítico, com forte capacidade de negociação, influência e tomada de decisão
