Actualmente buscamos un/a Arquitecto/a con CERTIFICACIÓN PASSIVHAUS para incorporarse a una empresa líder en construcción sostenible y edificación industrializada, con sede en Zaragoza.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

  • Diseñar proyectos de edificios residenciales bajo el estándar Passivhaus.
  • Gestionar y supervisar el proceso completo de certificación Passivhaus.
  • Realizar el modelado energético mediante DesignPH y PHPP.
  • Elaborar cálculos, memorias técnicas y documentación justificativa conforme al CTE y RITE.
  • Justificar los documentos HE0 y HE1, así como realizar el cálculo de cargas térmicas para instalaciones de climatización.
  • Coordinar con organismos de control técnico (OCT) y certificadores externos para la obtención del Certificado Energético.
  • Supervisar la correcta ejecución en obra de la envolvente térmica, verificando aislamientos, puentes térmicos, carpinterías, vidrios y hermeticidad del edificio.
  • Auditar las instalaciones de climatización, ventilación y ACS, comprobando espesores de aislamiento y documentación técnica.
  • Coordinar y ejecutar ensayos Blower Door durante la ejecución y al finalizar la obra para la certificación Passivhaus.
  • Elaborar la documentación necesaria para certificaciones ambientales y energéticas.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Titulación en Arquitectura, Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería o Ingeniería Técnica.
  • Experiencia en proyectos de edificación sostenible y/o certificación Passivhaus.
  • Conocimiento de la normativa CTE y RITE.
  • Manejo avanzado de las siguientes herramientas:

Revit

AutoCAD

SketchUp + DesignPH

Excel / PHPP

THERM

Solido

Cypetherm HE Plus / HULC

Cypetherm Loads

  • Persona organizada, rigurosa, con capacidad analítica y orientación al detalle.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma coordinada con equipos técnicos, dirección de obra y organismos certificadores.
