Sobre a oportunidade

Estamos em busca de um Arquiteto de Soluções Sênior para atuar na definição e evolução da arquitetura de soluções da RM – Grupo Moura, conectando necessidades de negócio, sistemas, dados e integrações.

O profissional será responsável por desenhar soluções end-to-end, estabelecer padrões arquiteturais e garantir que as iniciativas tecnológicas sejam escaláveis, seguras, sustentáveis e alinhadas à estratégia do negócio.

Buscamos alguém com forte experiência em arquitetura de integração e MuleSoft / Anypoint Platform, visão sistêmica e capacidade de transitar entre áreas de negócio, tecnologia, fornecedores e diferentes stakeholders.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Definir arquiteturas de soluções e integrações para iniciativas corporativas.
  • Desenhar soluções end-to-end envolvendo CRM, ERP, canais digitais, dados, APIs e sistemas legados.
  • Projetar arquiteturas de integração utilizando MuleSoft / Anypoint Platform, incluindo APIs-led connectivity e integrações síncronas e assíncronas.
  • Definir padrões de integração, APIs, mensageria e conectividade entre aplicações.
  • Elaborar diagramas, especificações técnicas, fluxos de integração e documentação arquitetural.
  • Avaliar alternativas técnicas, riscos, impactos e trade-offs das soluções propostas.
  • Garantir requisitos de segurança, disponibilidade, performance, observabilidade, escalabilidade e governança.
  • Apoiar os times de desenvolvimento durante a implementação das soluções.
  • Atuar na resolução de problemas arquiteturais complexos.
  • Identificar oportunidades de modernização, simplificação e racionalização do landscape tecnológico.
  • Promover a reutilização de APIs, serviços e componentes arquiteturais.
  • Atuar em parceria com TI, Business Partners, Produtos, Negócios, equipes técnicas e fornecedores.

Requisitos

  • Experiência comprovada como Arquiteto de Soluções, Arquiteto de Integração ou em posições equivalentes.
  • Experiência prática com MuleSoft / Anypoint Platform.
  • Sólidos conhecimentos em arquitetura de integração e sistemas distribuídos.
  • Experiência com API Management e desenho de APIs.
  • Conhecimentos de REST, HTTP, JSON, XML, OAuth e padrões de integração.
  • Experiência com integração entre sistemas corporativos e legados.
  • Conhecimentos de cloud e arquitetura distribuída.
  • Conhecimentos de mensageria, eventos e processamento assíncrono.
  • Conhecimentos de segurança, observabilidade e governança de integrações.
  • Capacidade de modelar e documentar arquiteturas de soluções.

Diferenciais

  • Conhecimento em arquitetura e integração de Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Conhecimento em Dataverse e Power Platform.
  • Experiência com Azure e serviços de integração.
  • Vivência em projetos envolvendo CRM, ERP e plataformas de integração.
  • Conhecimento em Salesforce / Salesforce Customer 360.
  • Experiência com arquitetura orientada a eventos.
  • Vivência em transformação digital e modernização de sistemas legados.
  • Experiência em ambientes corporativos de alta complexidade e múltiplos fornecedores.
  • Certificações MuleSoft / Anypoint Platform.

Profissional com visão end-to-end, capaz de compreender o ecossistema tecnológico da RM e propor soluções arquiteturais alinhadas aos desafios do negócio.

É essencial combinar profundidade técnica em integração e MuleSoft com capacidade de articulação, influência e tomada de decisão em ambientes corporativos complexos.

A experiência com Dynamics 365 será um diferencial relevante, especialmente para profissionais que tenham atuado em cenários de CRM integrado a ERP, APIs, dados e sistemas legados.
