Desde LUZA Group buscamos un/a profesional Senior de Implementaciones Laborales / Nóminas para formar parte de una importante empresa dedicada a la Consultoria Estratégica, Dirección Financiera, Fiscalidad, Laboral, Contable, Legal para Pymes y Start Apps

Dependerás de la Dirección del departamento y te encargarás de procesos completos de implementación y gestión laboral de importantes compañías.

Responsabilidades y Tareas:

- Auditoría detallada de nóminas, contratos, bases, ITs, finiquitos, convenios y documentación del cliente saliente. - Revisión de tablas salariales, pluses, antigüedades, jornadas y criterios aplicados. Migración, limpieza y contraste de datos históricos y acumulados en la aplicación laboral. - Configuración integral de la empresa: convenios, categorías, turnos, complementos, reglas de cálculo, vacaciones y procesos periódicos. - Simulación de nóminas y cuotas para validar la coherencia del traspaso antes de la salida en real. - Ejecución de la primera nómina real, presentación de seguros sociales, CRA, bases y revisión de incidencias. - Ajustes posteriores al primer ciclo y estabilización del cliente en la herramienta. - Acompañamiento, formación básica y soporte durante los primeros cierres mensuales.

Requisitos Obligatorios:

  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en cálculo de nóminas y asesoría laboral.
  • Formación en Relaciones Laborales, Derecho, o FP de Administración y Finanzas / RRHH.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en normativa laboral, Seguridad Social, contratación y cotización.
  • Experiencia demostrable gestionando altos volúmenes de nóminas (500-600).
  • Manejo avanzado de Sage Connected/Despachos.
  • Alto nivel de Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, limpieza de datos).
  • Muy valorable experiencia en régimen de artistas.
  • Habilidad para la auditoría de datos y la detección de incoherencias.
  • Capacidad de análisis, orden y precisión en la gestión documental.
  • Trato cercano y profesional con el cliente; buenas habilidades comunicativas.
  • Se valorará nivel de inglés.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con plazos ajustados y varios proyectos a la vez.
  • Proactividad y autonomía en la resolución de incidencias.
