A nossa empresa cliente, encontra-se atualmente numa fase de forte expansão, reforçando a sua equipa com um Diretor de Obra.

Principais responsabilidades

Direção técnica de obras públicas, desde o início até ao término da empreitada; Planeamento, coordenação e acompanhamento da execução dos trabalhos; Gestão e coordenação das equipas técnicas e operacionais em obra; Coordenação e acompanhamento de fornecedores e subempreiteiros; Articulação com donos de obra, fiscalização e restantes entidades intervenientes; Acompanhamento do cumprimento dos prazos, custos, qualidade e requisitos técnicos; Garantia do cumprimento das normas de segurança e regulamentação aplicável; Análise e acompanhamento de projetos e soluções técnicas; Identificação e resolução de problemas e imprevistos em obra; Elaboração e acompanhamento da documentação técnica associada à empreitada; Participação na definição e implementação de estratégias para o crescimento da empresa na área de obras públicas.

Perfil pretendido

Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Engenharia Civil; Experiência profissional em funções de Direção de Obra; Inscrição em vigor na Ordem dos Engenheiros; Experiência em obras públicas e conhecimento do Código dos Contratos Públicos serão valorizados; Bons conhecimentos de AutoCAD e MS Project; Capacidade de liderança, organização e gestão de equipas; Elevado sentido de responsabilidade, autonomia e capacidade de decisão; Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento com diferentes intervenientes; Carta de condução.
