1. Identificação da Função

2. Missão

Garantir a operacionalidade dos equipamentos industriais através da execução eficiente de atividades de manutenção preventiva e corretiva, assegurando a fiabilidade dos sistemas, a segurança das operações e a minimização de tempos de paragem.

3. Principais Responsabilidades

  • Executar intervenções de manutenção preventiva e corretiva em equipamentos eletromecânicos.
  • Diagnosticar e resolver avarias de natureza elétrica, mecânica, pneumática e hidráulica.
  • Interpretar esquemas elétricos, pneumáticos, hidráulicos e desenhos técnicos.
  • Realizar montagem, desmontagem e afinação de equipamentos e componentes.
  • Efetuar testes de funcionamento e validação após intervenções técnicas.
  • Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança, qualidade e ambiente.
  • Registar todas as intervenções em sistemas de manutenção (CMMS) ou documentação técnica.
  • Colaborar com a produção na redução de tempos de paragem e melhoria da eficiência.
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua em equipamentos e processos.
  • Apoiar na instalação, arranque e otimização de novos equipamentos/linhas.

4. Requisitos Técnicos

  • Formação em Eletromecânica, Mecatrónica ou área similar.
  • Conhecimentos sólidos em eletricidade industrial, mecânica e hidráulica.
  • Experiência em manutenção industrial (preferencial).
  • Capacidade de leitura e interpretação de esquemas técnicos.
  • Conhecimentos de automação industrial e sensores (valorizado).
  • Experiência com ferramentas de diagnóstico e equipamentos de medição.
  • Conhecimentos de inglês técnico.
