Sobre a oportunidade

Buscamos profissionais para atuar na manutenção eletromecânica de equipamentos industriais de alta tecnologia, garantindo máxima disponibilidade das máquinas CNC utilizadas no processo produtivo.

A posição exige conhecimentos tanto na parte elétrica quanto mecânica, sendo ideal para profissionais que possuam experiência em manutenção de centros de usinagem e equipamentos automatizados.

A empresa está localizada em Timbó/SC e possui abertura para profissionais de outros estados interessados em mudança definitiva para a região.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Executar manutenção preventiva, corretiva e preditiva em equipamentos industriais e centros de usinagem CNC;
  • Diagnosticar falhas mecânicas e elétricas;
  • Atuar em sistemas envolvendo: servomotores; inversores de frequência; fontes; drives; encoders; CLPs;
  • Interpretar diagramas elétricos e desenhos mecânicos;
  • Executar ajustes mecânicos e elétricos após intervenções;
  • Apoiar testes funcionais dos equipamentos;
  • Garantir elevada disponibilidade operacional das máquinas;
  • Contribuir para melhoria contínua dos processos de manutenção.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Curso Técnico completo em Eletromecânica, Mecatrônica, Automação Industrial ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência em manutenção eletromecânica industrial;
  • Vivência em máquinas CNC e centros de usinagem;
  • Diagnóstico de falhas mecânicas e elétricas;
  • Conhecimento em: servomotores; fontes; inversores; drives; encoders; CLPs;
  • Leitura de diagramas elétricos;
  • Interpretação de desenhos mecânicos.

Será considerado diferencial

  • Programação básica e operação CNC;
  • Conhecimento em códigos G e M;
  • Experiência com comandos: Siemens; Fanuc; Mitsubishi;
  • Conhecimento em manutenção de fusos de esferas e guias lineares;
  • Técnicas de manutenção preditiva.
