Buscamos incorporar un/a Encargado/a de Obra con amplia experiencia en edificación residencial para supervisar y coordinar la ejecución de proyectos de construcción de viviendas, garantizando el cumplimiento de los plazos, los estándares de calidad y las medidas de seguridad establecidas.

La persona seleccionada deberá contar con una trayectoria consolidada en obras residenciales de 50 viviendas o más, así como experiencia en la coordinación de equipos propios y subcontratas.

Funciones principales

  • Supervisar y coordinar la ejecución diaria de los trabajos en obra, asegurando el cumplimiento de la planificación establecida.
  • Organizar y distribuir las tareas entre los equipos de trabajo y las empresas subcontratadas.
  • Controlar el avance de los trabajos, los rendimientos y el cumplimiento de los plazos de ejecución.
  • Supervisar la correcta ejecución de las unidades de obra, garantizando los estándares de calidad exigidos.
  • Coordinar la recepción, el suministro y la disponibilidad de materiales y medios auxiliares.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de las normas de prevención de riesgos laborales y seguridad en obra.
  • Detectar y resolver incidencias durante la ejecución, coordinándose con la jefatura de obra y los distintos agentes implicados.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de los trabajos y reportar periódicamente el estado de la obra.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia mínima de 10 años como Encargado/a de Obra en edificación residencial.
  • Experiencia demostrable en la ejecución de obras de 50 viviendas o más.
  • Experiencia en coordinación de equipos de trabajo y subcontratas.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de los procesos constructivos y de las distintas fases de ejecución de una obra residencial.
  • Capacidad de organización, planificación y resolución de incidencias.
  • Perfil resolutivo, responsable y orientado al cumplimiento de objetivos.
