Desde LUZA Group buscamos un/a Encargado/a de obra con experiencia en obra residencial que pueda formar parte de una empresa líder en el sector de la construcción de ámbito nacional.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

  • Planificación y organización del proceso y la mecánica de los trabajos de obra.
  • Organización de los espacios de trabajo, de maniobra, de almacenamiento, de carga y descarga, de los talleres y de los accesos a la obra.
  • Control y supervisión de la ejecución de la obra.
  • Control del cumplimiento de la planificación.
  • Interpretación de los planos y replanteo de las unidades de obra.
  • Organización y control de los grupos de trabajo; asignación de las tareas a los/as operarios/as.
  • Coordinación de los trabajos de diversos industriales y subcontratados.
  • Recepción y organización de materiales, zonas de acopio, talleres, etc.
  • Realizar el cálculo de materiales y mediciones de la obra ejecutada.
  • Control del cumplimiento del plan de seguridad y salud y de las normas de prevención de riesgos laborales.
  • Control de los materiales, los medios y la maquinaria en obra.
  • Supervisión y verificación de los procesos y de los resultados de los trabajos.
  • Control de la calidad de las partidas de obra ejecutadas.

Requisitos necesarios:

  • Experiencia previa desempeñando funciones como Encargado/a de obra residencial.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, comunicación y organización.
  • Autonomía e iniciativa para realizar las funciones encomendadas.

  • Horario de trabajo de lunes a jueves de 8:00h a 13:30h y de 15:30h a 18:00h y jornada intensiva los viernes y los meses de verano.
