Consultoria especializada está conduzindo processo seletivo para uma multinacional do setor de metais e minerais críticos, com atuação em indústrias estratégicas como energia, aeroespacial, química e mobilidade elétrica. Com forte presença em Minas Gerais, a companhia atua na extração e beneficiamento de minerais estratégicos, desempenhando papel relevante na cadeia global de materiais críticos.  Principais Responsabilidades

· Desenvolver, implementar e manter o Plano da Qualidade de projetos (QP/ITP), incluindo critérios de inspeção e teste. · Realizar inspeções, auditorias internas e auditorias em fornecedores/contratadas, acompanhando planos de ação. · Tratar não conformidades. · Definir e monitorar KPIs de qualidade. · Avaliar e qualificar fornecedores sob aspectos de qualidade, documentação e requisitos normativos. · Garantir rastreabilidade de materiais e controle documental (certificados, dossiês, data books, dossiers de comissionamento). · Apoiar a engenharia de comissionamento (punch list, RCFAs, validação de testes e critérios de aceitação). · Promover padrões e procedimentos (POP, IT, WI), treinamentos e cultura de qualidade. · Atuar em melhoria contínua (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen), reduzindo retrabalhos e custos da não qualidade. · Elaborar relatórios de performance para diretoria/comitês e suportar lições aprendidas.

Requisitos Obrigatórios

· Graduação em Engenharia (Produção, Mecânica, Elétrica, Metalúrgica, Materiais, Química, Civil ou similar). · Experiência em Qualidade em ambientes industriais e/ou de projetos de capital (mineração desejável). · Conhecimento de normas ISO (ISO 9001; desejável 14001/45001), APQP/PPAP (quando aplicável), ITP/QP, RNC/CAPA. · Ferramentas de Qualidade e Melhoria: MASP, 5W2H, FMEA, CEP, MSA, Ishikawa, 5 Porquês, Pareto. · Vivência com auditorias e inspeção de campo/fabricação (caldeiraria, estruturas, eletromecânica, instrumentação). · Excel avançado e habilidades em Power BI (desejável). · Capacidade de leitura de projetos técnicos e especificações (ABNT/API/ASME/NRs). · Inglês avançado.

Diferenciais

· Experiência em comissionamento e data book de obra. · Conhecimento em soldagem/N1–N2/N3, ENDs, inspeção de pintura, elétrico/instrumentação. · Atuação prévia em EPC/EPCM e gestão de fornecedores críticos.
