Descrição

Atuação na execução de testes estáticos e dinâmicos em componentes novos ou modificados de motores de combustão interna, aspirados e turbo, durante todas as fases de desenvolvimento do projeto.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Executar projetos de dispositivos de adaptação dos objetos de teste aos respectivos bancos de teste.
  • Executar testes conforme normas, procedimentos e requisitos técnicos da STELLANTIS, incluindo requisitos legislativos aplicáveis.
  • Garantir o atendimento aos objetivos de performance, qualidade e custos, respeitando os prazos estabelecidos pela Engenharia.
  • Realizar aquisição, tratamento e pós-processamento dos dados de teste.
  • Apoiar o time na discussão e elaboração de DVP&R.
  • Apoiar diagnósticos de falhas, utilizando metodologias e técnicas de problem solving.
  • Elaborar e publicar relatórios técnicos de testes de componentes.
  • Atuar em testes e validações de componentes mecânicos, eletroeletrônicos e sistemas relacionados à instalação e acionamento de componentes do motor e do veículo.
  • Trabalhar com componentes como alternadores, compressores de ar-condicionado, sensores, atuadores e demais sistemas de controle do motor.

Formação e experiência

  • Formação superior em Engenharia Mecânica.
  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos, preferencialmente em laboratórios de testes e validação de componentes de motores de combustão interna aspirados ou turbo.
  • Conhecimento técnico de motores de combustão interna e de seus processos de manufatura.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas mecânicos e processos de validação de componentes.

Conhecimentos técnicos

  • Aquisição de dados e pós-processamento para análise de tensões por extensometria (strain gage).
  • Aquisição de dados e pós-processamento para análise vibracional por acelerômetros.
  • Aquisição de dados e pós-processamento de vibração torsional.
  • Determinação de limite de fadiga axial e torsional pelo método Staircase.
  • Validação de fixações, incluindo definição de torque e clamp force.
  • Validação de vedações em motores, incluindo mapa de pressão e leak rate.
  • Conhecimento em hardware e software de aquisição de dados, como:HBM QuantumX HBM Catman Siemens SCADAS Siemens Testlab MTS Systems Ferramentas similares de aquisição e análise de dados.
