Responsabilidades e Tarefas da Função

Atuar na liderança técnica de projetos de desenvolvimento de software embarcado automotivo, assegurando alinhamento entre cronogramas, requisitos técnicos e metas corporativas.

Supervisionar o ciclo completo de desenvolvimento de software utilizando metodologia V-Model.

Garantir aderência às normas de segurança funcional (ISO 26262) e processos de qualidade automotiva (ASPICE).

Planejar e acompanhar cronogramas de desenvolvimento, alocação de recursos técnicos e indicadores de desempenho dos projetos.

Atuar como ponto focal técnico junto a clientes, fornecedores e stakeholders estratégicos.

Gerenciar requisitos técnicos, alinhamentos de projeto e comunicação entre áreas multidisciplinares.

Liderar equipes técnicas de software embarcado, promovendo desenvolvimento de competências e disciplina operacional.

Acompanhar atividades relacionadas ao desenvolvimento, integração, validação e entrega de software embarcado.

Suportar tecnicamente decisões relacionadas à arquitetura, protocolos de comunicação e integração de sistemas.

Garantir conformidade técnica, rastreabilidade e qualidade das entregas de engenharia.

Atuar conforme os procedimentos de qualidade, segurança e padrões corporativos estabelecidos pela companhia.

Requisitos Obrigatórios

Formação

Superior completo em Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia Eletrônica, Engenharia da Computação, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas.

Pós-graduação em Gestão de Projetos será considerada diferencial.

Experiência

Vivência sólida em desenvolvimento de software embarcado automotivo.

Experiência consolidada na liderança técnica de projetos automotivos.

Conhecimentos Técnicos

Conhecimento avançado em:

  • Desenvolvimento de software embarcado em C/C++
  • Protocolos CAN, LIN e Ethernet automotiva
  • Metodologia V-Model
  • ASPICE
  • ISO 26262
  • Sistemas embarcados automotivos

Ferramentas

Experiência com gestão de projetos técnicos, indicadores de engenharia e integração entre áreas multidisciplinares.

Diferenciais

  • Vivência em projetos globais automotivos
  • Experiência com AUTOSAR
  • Conhecimento em RTOS
  • Certificações relacionadas a gestão de projetos ou segurança funcional
