The posting

A HITO Solutions encontra-se a recrutar um Gestor de Projeto (M/F) para integrar uma empresa de referência no setor dos moldes e injeção de plástico.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Planear, coordenar e monitorizar a execução de novos projetos, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos, objetivos e orçamento definidos;
  • Identificar, analisar e mitigar riscos e constrangimentos ao longo do ciclo de vida do projeto;
  • Assegurar a aplicação dos requisitos e standards definidos pelo cliente;
  • Acompanhar os processos de conceção, engenharia e fabrico de moldes;
  • Garantir a preparação, validação e disponibilização atempada de toda a documentação técnica e operacional associada aos projetos;
  • Avaliar e orçamentar alterações solicitadas pelos clientes ou identificadas internamente, assegurando o respetivo controlo e faturação;
  • Coordenar a preparação de materiais e equipamentos necessários para testes e validações;
  • Planear e acompanhar a realização de testes em articulação com as equipas de produção, assegurando o envio de amostras ao cliente nos timings definidos;
  • Promover a melhoria contínua através da compilação e partilha de lessons learned aplicáveis a projetos futuros;
  • Elaborar relatórios de acompanhamento do projeto e manter uma comunicação eficaz com clientes, fornecedores e equipas internas;
  • Garantir o controlo de qualidade durante todas as fases do projeto.

Perfil Pretendido

  • Licenciatura em Engenharia de Moldes, Engenharia Mecânica, Gestão Industrial ou área similar (preferencial);
  • Experiência mínima de 3 anos em funções de Gestão de Projeto, preferencialmente no setor dos moldes ou da injeção de plástico;
  • Conhecimentos das normas e processos associados à indústria da injeção de plásticos;
  • Fluência em inglês;
  • Excelente capacidade de planeamento, organização e gestão de prioridades;
  • Forte capacidade de liderança, comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Orientação para resultados e resolução de problemas;
  • Elevado sentido de responsabilidade e proatividade.
