Su misión es proporcionar soluciones de sistemas de propulsión de nueva generación, acompañando la transición de los mercados de todo el mundo hacia un futuro más sostenible.

Misión del cargo

Asegurar la correcta definición, adquisición, instalación, puesta en marcha y validación de nuevos medios de producción, garantizando el cumplimiento de los requisitos técnicos, de calidad, seguridad y performance definidos por el cliente.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Elaborar y formalizar los Cuadernos de Cargos (CDC) técnicos para la adquisición de equipos y medios industriales.
  • Analizar técnicamente las propuestas de los proveedores y apoyar al área de Compras durante el proceso de selección y negociación.
  • Definir y realizar el seguimiento del planning y cronograma del proyecto, desde la adquisición hasta la instalación y puesta en marcha de los equipos.
  • Coordinar la recepción física, instalación, integración y puesta en marcha de nuevos medios de producción.
  • Definir las principales etapas y hitos del proyecto, así como el plan de calidad y validación asociado.
  • Coordinar la integración de los equipos en la línea productiva y asegurar que alcancen las prestaciones y objetivos definidos.
  • Asegurar la correcta integración del producto dentro del proceso industrial, considerando máquina, sistemas de fijación de piezas y herramientas.
  • Participar en el desarrollo y optimización de procesos de fundición por gravedad de componentes de aluminio, especialmente cabezales.
  • Asegurar la correcta puesta a punto, arranque y estabilización de los medios de producción.
  • Identificar, analizar y formalizar los elementos que requieran aprobación, seguimiento o auditoría.
  • Elaborar y actualizar documentación técnica de proceso, incluyendo parámetros de proceso, instrucciones de trabajo y documentación de operación.
  • Definir y realizar el seguimiento de planes de formación y transferencia de conocimiento relacionados con los nuevos medios.
  • Aplicar herramientas de calidad y resolución de problemas, tales como 5 Porqués, Ishikawa y Árbol de Fallas.
  • Mantener una relación técnica colaborativa con los proveedores bajo su ámbito de responsabilidad.

Requisitos técnicos

  • Formación en Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Procesos o similar.
  • Experiencia en fundición de aluminio por gravedad.
  • Experiencia en industrialización, integración o puesta en marcha de equipos y medios de producción.
  • Conocimientos de procesos industriales y documentación técnica.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de calidad y análisis de causa raíz:5 Porqués; Diagrama de Ishikawa; Árbol de Fallas.
  • Experiencia en gestión y seguimiento técnico de proveedores.
  • Conocimientos de machería / fabricación de machos (core making) serán considerados un plus.
