The posting

Desde LUZA Group buscamos un/a Jefe/a de Obra con experiencia en proyectos sanitarios y hospitalarios, acostumbrado/a a trabajar en entornos con actividad en funcionamiento y con capacidad para coordinar obras de elevada exigencia técnica y organizativa.

Funciones principales:

  • Planificación, coordinación y supervisión integral de obras en hospitales, centros de salud y edificios sanitarios.
  • Organización y seguimiento de equipos de obra, personal propio y empresas subcontratadas.
  • Control de costes, certificaciones, mediciones y planificación de plazos.
  • Coordinación con Dirección Facultativa, propiedad y organismos públicos.
  • Supervisión de la ejecución garantizando estándares de calidad y cumplimiento normativo.
  • Gestión de actuaciones en zonas críticas o sensibles dentro de hospitales y centros en uso.
  • Seguimiento y aplicación de procedimientos de Seguridad y Salud.
  • Gestión documental y administrativa vinculada a contratos públicos y licitaciones.

Requisitos:

  • Formación en Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería de Edificación o similar.
  • Experiencia consolidada en obra pública y/o edificación singular.
  • Valorable experiencia específica en proyectos hospitalarios o sanitarios en funcionamiento.
  • Capacidad para gestionar obras complejas sin afectar a la actividad asistencial.
  • Perfil organizado, resolutivo y con habilidades de coordinación.
  • Carnet de conducir y disponibilidad para desplazamientos puntuales en Andalucía.

Se valorará especialmente:

  • Experiencia previa en proyectos vinculados al sector público sanitario.
  • Manejo de herramientas ERP y software de gestión de obra.
  • Formación complementaria en PRL y coordinación de Seguridad y Salud.
