The posting

Importante empresa del sector construcción, especializada en proyectos residenciales, busca incorporar un/a Jefe/a de Obra con experiencia consolidada para liderar la ejecución de promociones en Sevilla.

Funciones principales:

  • Planificación, coordinación y supervisión integral de obras residenciales.
  • Control de costes, plazos y calidad de ejecución.
  • Gestión de equipos propios y subcontratas en obra.
  • Seguimiento de la planificación técnica y económica del proyecto.
  • Control de certificaciones, mediciones y presupuestos.
  • Coordinación con dirección facultativa, proveedores y clientes.
  • Supervisión del cumplimiento de normativa en PRL y calidad.
  • Resolución de incidencias durante la ejecución de obra.

Requisitos:

  • Formación en Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería de Edificación o similar.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Jefe/a de Obra en proyectos residenciales.
  • Experiencia en gestión completa de obra (inicio a entrega).
  • Conocimientos sólidos en control económico y planificación.
  • Manejo de herramientas técnicas (Presto, AutoCAD, MS Project o similares).
  • Perfil organizado, resolutivo y con capacidad de liderazgo.
