Missão da Função

Garantir o desenvolvimento, qualificação e acompanhamento de fornecedores, assegurando a conformidade técnica, qualidade, custo, capacidade produtiva e prazo de entrega ao longo de todo o ciclo de desenvolvimento e industrialização de novos produtos.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Atuar como interface entre as equipas de desenvolvimento de produto, fornecedores e restantes áreas internas.
  • Elaborar cadernos de encargos e documentação técnica para fornecedores.
  • Analisar desenhos técnicos e especificações de produtos novos ou modificados.
  • Acompanhar fornecedores desde a fase de protótipo até à entrada em produção.
  • Colaborar no desenvolvimento e otimização dos processos produtivos dos fornecedores.
  • Avaliar e apresentar pareceres técnicos dos fornecedores às equipas internas.
  • Realizar análises comparativas e avaliações de fornecedores.
  • Participar na negociação de preços e condições de fornecimento.
  • Monitorizar o desempenho dos fornecedores durante o processo de desenvolvimento e qualificação.
  • Avaliar a capacidade dos fornecedores em termos de qualidade, custo, capacidade produtiva e prazo.
  • Participar em auditorias de qualidade a fornecedores.
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos requisitos normativos e de qualidade aplicáveis.
  • Elaborar documentação e relatórios inerentes à função.

Perfil Pretendido

Formação

  • Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Engenharia Mecânica ou área similar.

Experiência

  • Experiência mínima de 1 ano em funções similares.
  • Experiência no acompanhamento e desenvolvimento de fornecedores industriais.
  • Contacto com processos de fabrico como maquinação, forjagem, estampagem ou similares.
  • Disponibilidade para deslocações nacionais e internacionais.

Competências Técnicas

  • Leitura e interpretação de desenho técnico.
  • Conhecimentos de GD&T.
  • Conhecimentos das metodologias de qualificação de fornecedores (PPAP ou similares).
  • Conhecimentos da norma ISO 9001.
  • Inglês fluente.
  • Espanhol valorizado.
