Sobre a oportunidade

A HIto Solutions encontra-se a recrutar um Manobrador de Equipamentos Agrícolas (M/F) para integrar uma equipa operacional em Aveleda.

Procuramos um profissional com experiência na condução e operação de tratores agrícolas equipados com lança/braço e cabeça de corte, capaz de assegurar a execução eficiente e segura dos trabalhos no terreno.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Operar tratores agrícolas equipados com lança/braço e cabeça de corte.
  • Executar trabalhos de corte e gestão de vegetação, de acordo com as necessidades operacionais.
  • Assegurar a correta utilização e o manuseamento dos equipamentos e respetivos acessórios.
  • Realizar verificações de rotina aos equipamentos, identificando eventuais anomalias ou necessidades de manutenção.
  • Cumprir os procedimentos de segurança e as boas práticas de operação de máquinas agrícolas.
  • Zelar pela conservação dos equipamentos e pela organização do local de trabalho.
  • Colaborar com a equipa operacional, garantindo o cumprimento dos trabalhos e dos objetivos definidos.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • CAP habilitante para a condução de tratores agrícolas, ou certificação equivalente legalmente válida para a função.
  • Experiência comprovada na condução e operação de tratores agrícolas equipados com lança/braço e cabeça de corte.
  • Conhecimentos das regras de segurança associadas à operação de máquinas e equipamentos agrícolas.
  • Sentido de responsabilidade, autonomia e atenção ao detalhe.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipa e de cumprir as orientações operacionais.

  • Experiência prática na operação de equipamentos agrícolas de corte.
  • Elevado sentido de responsabilidade e compromisso com a segurança.
  • Capacidade de adaptação às condições de trabalho no terreno.
  • Proatividade, rigor e orientação para a execução das tarefas.
  • Disponibilidade para o desempenho de funções operacionais em contexto exterior.
