Responsabilidades e Tarefas da Função

O profissional será responsável pela construção, ajuste e refinamento de modelos físicos em clay, contribuindo para a validação estética e funcional de projetos de design automotivo.

Esta posição exige forte interação com equipes de Design, Engenharia e Modelagem Digital, garantindo a tradução fiel dos conceitos e superfícies virtuais para modelos físicos de alta qualidade.

Desenvolver e modificar modelos físicos em clay de componentes e veículos completos.Executar trabalhos de escultura, acabamento e refinamento de superfícies conforme orientações da equipe de Design.Interpretar desenhos técnicos, modelos digitais e informações de projeto para construção dos modelos físicos.Realizar ajustes dimensionais e estéticos durante as fases de desenvolvimento do produto.Apoiar avaliações de estilo, ergonomia e proporções junto às equipes de Design e Engenharia.Operar ferramentas manuais e equipamentos específicos para modelagem clay.Garantir a qualidade superficial e dimensional dos modelos desenvolvidos.Participar de revisões de projeto, propondo soluções para viabilização dos conceitos de design.Trabalhar em conformidade com os procedimentos de segurança e qualidade estabelecidos.

Requisitos Obrigatórios

Ensino Técnico completo ou formação profissionalizante em Modelagem, Design Industrial, Mecânica ou áreas correlatas.

Experiência

  • Experiência em modelagem clay aplicada ao desenvolvimento automotivo.
  • Vivência em estúdios de design automotivo, montadoras ou empresas de engenharia automotiva será considerada diferencial.
  • Técnicas de modelagem e escultura em clay automotivo.
  • Leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos.
  • Conhecimento de superfícies automotivas e conceitos de design veicular.
  • Familiaridade com processos de desenvolvimento de produto automotivo.
  • Conhecimento básico em softwares CAD/CAS será considerado diferencial.
  • Noções de metrologia e controle dimensional.

Requisitos Complementares

Experiência em projetos de veículos de passeio, comerciais ou especiais.Conhecimento em digitalização 3D e integração entre modelos físicos e digitais.Vivência em ambientes globais de desenvolvimento automotivo.Inglês técnico básico para leitura de documentação.
