Coordenador(a) de Operações de Pessoas (M/F/D)

Sobre a função

Procuramos um Coordenador(a) de Operações de Pessoas para integrar o nosso cliente, será o principal ponto de contacto local da área de Pessoas & Cultura para as operações no Sul de Portugal.

A função será maioritariamente baseada em Sines, onde passará a maior parte da sua semana de trabalho, dando também apoio às operações em Lisboa e Santarém.

Irá combinar responsabilidades práticas de processamento salarial e administração de Recursos Humanos com atividades de desenvolvimento de pessoas, trabalhando em estreita colaboração com gestores, colaboradores e com a equipa de Pessoas & Cultura, de forma a garantir processos de RH consistentes e um forte apoio às nossas unidades.

Responsabilidades

-Gerir os processos administrativos de Recursos Humanos das unidades atribuídas, incluindo contratos de trabalho, renovações contratuais e documentação dos colaboradores

-Preparar e validar os dados mensais necessários para o processamento salarial, prestar apoio aos colaboradores relativamente a questões salariais e elaborar simulações salariais

-Apoiar processos de relações laborais e processos disciplinares, assegurando a documentação adequada e a coordenação com o HR Business Partner

-Apoiar a gestão de benefícios e de carreira, o mapeamento de competências e os processos de gestão de desempenho

-Monitorizar e reportar os principais indicadores de Pessoas & Cultura, incluindo o número de colaboradores e a rotatividade, contribuindo para a análise mensal dos indicadores

-Coordenar os processos de integração (onboarding) e saída (offboarding) de colaboradores e apoiar a manutenção das descrições de funções e do Manual de Funções

-Contribuir para iniciativas relacionadas com o clima organizacional e o envolvimento dos colaboradores, mantendo um contacto próximo com gestores e colaboradores das diferentes unidades sob a sua responsabilidade

Requisitos

-Licenciatura em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Gestão ou área relacionada

-Pelo menos 3 anos de experiência numa função generalista de Recursos Humanos, preferencialmente num ambiente industrial, operacional ou com várias unidades

-Experiência prática em processamento salarial e administração de Recursos Humanos

-Bons conhecimentos da legislação laboral portuguesa, contratos de trabalho, horários de trabalho, assiduidade, trabalho suplementar e processos disciplinares

-Boas capacidades analíticas, incluindo experiência com indicadores de RH, Excel e sistemas de RH/processamento salarial

-Bons conhecimentos de inglês

-Residência em Sines ou na região do Alentejo Litoral, ou disponibilidade para se mudar para a região

-Fortes competências interpessoais, autonomia, capacidade de organização e disponibilidade para viajar regularmente entre as nossas operações em Sines, Lisboa e Santarém
