O nosso cliente, empresa portuguesa de referência na fabricação de máquinas e equipamentos de uso industrial específico, encontra-se a reforçar a sua equipa com um(a) Pintor(a) Industrial, para integrar a equipa de transporte, assegurando elevados padrões de qualidade, segurança e acabamento final.

Requirements

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Limpeza, lixagem e desengorduramento de superfícies metálicas;
  • Preparação de superfícies a pintar, utilizando as técnicas e procedimentos adequados e cumprindo as normas de segurança;
  • Preparação de tintas de acordo com as especificações técnicas, incluindo seleção de diluentes, catalisadores e aditivos, cálculo de proporções e ajuste da viscosidade;
  • Seleção da sequência de pintura mais adequada ao trabalho a executar;
  • Aplicação de primários anticorrosivos e tinta por pulverização;
  • Verificação do estado de conservação das peças, identificando oxidações, gorduras, massas ou tintas existentes, e definição do tipo de intervenção necessário, incluindo decapagem e/ou desoxidação;
  • Alisamento de superfícies, através da aplicação de camadas de betume e utilização das ferramentas adequadas;
  • Aplicação de produtos complementares, como ceras, massas de vedação, colas e vedantes;
  • Execução de retoques de pintura, utilizando as técnicas mais adequadas em função da extensão das zonas danificadas.

Perfil Pretendido

  • Habilitações literárias mínimas ao nível do 9.º ano de escolaridade e/ou formação na área de pintura industrial;
  • Experiência profissional mínima de 3 anos em funções similares;
  • Experiência em pintura de estruturas e componentes metálicos;
  • Bons conhecimentos de pintura industrial, decapagem e tintas;
  • Experiência em pintura no setor automóvel será valorizada;
  • Perfil dinâmico, com elevado sentido de responsabilidade;
  • Capacidade de trabalho em equipa, autonomia e atenção ao detalhe.
