Descripción General :

Buscamos un Gerente de la Planta Extractora de Aceite de Palma debe de ser un profesional experimentado y motivado, responsable de liderar la operación integral de la planta. Este puesto requiere a una persona capaz de dirigir todas las áreas claves, orientando su labor hacia la eficiencia, rentabilidad y cumplimiento de los objetivos corporativos. El gerente debe demostrar habilidades sólidas en liderazgo, gestión de equipos multidisciplinarios, así como competencias en producción, mantenimiento, calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente.

Responsabilidades y Tareas:

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Química, Mecánica o carreras afines. Experiencia mínima de cinco años como gerente en la industria de extracción de aceite de palma, con dominio de los procesos de extracción y conocimiento técnico de equipos y componentes. Edad entre 35 y 50 años. Sexo indistinto. Honestidad y transparencia intachables. Proactivo y emprendedor. Destacadas competencias en liderazgo, comunicación y resolución de problemas. Amplio conocimiento en tratamiento de aguas residuales industriales y en tratamiento de agua de caldera. Experiencia comprobable en la implementación y mantenimiento de sistemas de gestión de calidad, seguridad. Experiencia en manejo de plantas con certificación RSPO. Conocimiento de normas y regulaciones ambientales y de seguridad, así como experiencia en tecnologías orientadas a una producción más limpia y sustentable. Capacidad para planificar y desarrollar estrategias operativas adaptadas a las necesidades de la planta. Dedicación de tiempo completo. Responsabilidades Principales Establecimiento de Directrices: Colaborar directamente con la Dirección General para definir y establecer las políticas y directrices de la planta. Gestionar y optimizar los recursos humanos, financieros y materiales para garantizar el buen desempeño, rentabilidad y eficiencia de la planta. Elaborar y presentar reportes e informes oportunamente a la Dirección General. Implementar y mantener los estándares de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente en todos los procesos de la planta. Liderar y coordinar los equipos de producción, mantenimiento y calidad, promoviendo un ambiente colaborativo y eficiente. Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de mejora continua, identificando oportunidades para optimizar los procesos y aumentar la productividad. Mantener coordinación constante con el departamento de compras y almacén de refacciones para asegurar la disponibilidad de materiales. Garantizar la realización periódica de inventarios de materia prima, producto terminado y refacciones, gestionados por la auditoría interna de la empresa. Tomar decisiones estratégicas para el buen funcionamiento de la planta, asegurando la rentabilidad y eficiencia operativa. Coordinación permanente con el departamento de abasto de TRFF, minimizando las pérdidas de fruta y el suministro de fruta fuera de parámetros de calidad
