Responsabilidades e Tarefas da Função

Procuramos um Projetista Mecânico Pleno para conduzir, de forma autônoma, o desenvolvimento de componentes de acabamento externo — do conceito ao detalhamento final. A pessoa será responsável por entregar projetos maduros, alinhados a requisitos de manufatura, montagem e aparência (Class A).

  • Desenvolver e detalhar componentes de external trim em Siemens NX, garantindo aderência a master sections, requisitos de estilo e superfícies Class A.
  • Definir estratégias de fixação, sequência de montagem e interfaces com a estrutura de carroceria e demais sistemas.
  • Conduzir estudos de folga e faceamento (gap & flush), análise de tolerâncias e verificação de interferências.
  • Elaborar e validar desenhos 2D com GD&T completo, aptos para cotação e ferramental.
  • Aplicar diretrizes de DFM/DFA para injeção plástica e demais processos, interagindo com fornecedores de ferramental.
  • Participar e contribuir em DFMEA e design reviews, propondo soluções técnicas.

Interagir com estilo, cálculo/CAE, manufatura e qualidade para o fechamento das entregas.

Requisitos Obrigatórios

  • Formação técnica ou superior em Engenharia Mecânica/Automotiva, Projetos Mecânicos, Desenho Industrial ou correlatas.
  • Experiência consolidada (aprox. 3 a 6 anos) em projeto de componentes automotivos, preferencialmente em acabamento externo.
  • Domínio de Siemens NX em modelamento de peças, montagens e detalhamento 2D.
  • Sólido conhecimento de GD&T, análise de tolerâncias e cadeia de cotas.
  • Conhecimento aplicado de injeção plástica, materiais poliméricos e processos de acabamento (pintura, cromagem, texturização).
  • Vivência com PLM (Teamcenter ou equivalente).
  • Inglês intermediário (leitura técnica e comunicação básica).

Requisitos Complementares

  • Experiência com superfícies Class A / Shape Studio no NX.
  • Conhecimento de requisitos regulatórios aplicáveis ao exterior (proteção a pedestre, iluminação, visibilidade).
  • Vivência com WAVE / modelamento associativo no NX.
  • Experiência com dimensional (DTS/GD&T) e acompanhamento de tryout de ferramental.
