Buscamos um(a) Engenheiro(a) de Desenvolvimento de Produto Sr. para atuar como Líder Técnico de Mecânica em projetos de desenvolvimento de produtos automotivos na divisão de Eletrônica Automotiva, com forte interface global, participação em projetos de alta complexidade e atuação próxima às áreas de Engenharia, Qualidade, Processo, Fornecedores, Industrialização e Cliente.

Esta pessoa será responsável por liderar tecnicamente o desenvolvimento mecânico de produtos eletromecânicos automotivos, garantindo que as soluções atendam aos requisitos de performance, qualidade, custo, prazo, manufaturabilidade, confiabilidade e estética definidos pelo cliente e pelos padrões internos da companhia.

A posição exige forte domínio técnico em desenvolvimento mecânico, visão sistêmica de produto, capacidade de gestão de projetos e maturidade para conduzir discussões técnicas em inglês com times globais, fornecedores e clientes.

  • Sobre a oportunidade Empresa multinacional do segmento automotivo busca um(a) Projetista de Produto Sênior para atuar como referência técnica no desenvolvimento mecânico de produtos eletrônicos automotivos. O profissional será responsável por liderar tecnicamente projetos globais, realizando interface com clientes, fornecedores e equipes multidisciplinares, garantindo o desenvolvimento do produto desde a concepção até a industrialização. Principais responsabilidades Liderar tecnicamente projetos de desenvolvimento mecânico de produtos automotivos. Coordenar o desenvolvimento de novos produtos, desde estudos de viabilidade até a fase de industrialização. Atuar como principal interface técnica entre cliente, fornecedores, manufatura e equipes globais. Conduzir reuniões técnicas em inglês com clientes e times internacionais. Desenvolver e acompanhar cronogramas, custos, indicadores e entregas dos projetos. Elaborar e revisar documentação técnica, especificações, desenhos e requisitos do produto. Apoiar atividades relacionadas à qualidade, incluindo DFMEA, FMEA, 8D e demais ferramentas da qualidade. Avaliar fornecedores, acompanhar try-outs, validações e aprovação de ferramentais. Suportar tecnicamente a área industrial durante o lançamento dos produtos. Atuar na definição de materiais, processos produtivos e soluções técnicas para desenvolvimento dos componentes. Requisitos Formação superior em Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia de Produto ou áreas correlatas. Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento de produtos no segmento automotivo ou indústrias de alta complexidade (automotiva, aeronáutica ou similar). Experiência com liderança técnica de projetos. Domínio do software Siemens NX (principal requisito). Conhecimento em CATIA é considerado diferencial. Conhecimento em GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Vivência com desenvolvimento de componentes plásticos e metálicos, processos de fabricação e industrialização. Conhecimento em materiais de engenharia, processos de injeção plástica, montagem, pintura, tratamento superficial e ferramentais. Conhecimento em ferramentas da qualidade como DFMEA, FMEA, APQP, VDA, AIAG e 8D. Experiência em gestão de projetos, acompanhamento de cronogramas, custos e indicadores. Inglês avançado/fluente, com capacidade para conduzir reuniões técnicas e apresentações internacionais. Disponibilidade para viagens nacionais e internacionais, conforme necessidade dos projetos. Perfil desejado Forte capacidade analítica e visão sistêmica. Excelente comunicação e facilidade para relacionamento com clientes e equipes multiculturais. Perfil colaborativo, organizado e orientado à resolução de problemas. Proatividade, autonomia e capacidade de liderar projetos de elevada complexidade técnica. Facilidade para atuar em ambientes dinâmicos e com múltiplos projetos simultaneamente.

Modelo de trabalho

  • Local: Hortolândia/SP.
  • Modelo: híbrido.
  • Durante o período inicial de integração, a expectativa é de atuação presencial para absorção de contexto, processos, produto e dinâmica do time.
  • Após o período de adaptação, há possibilidade de flexibilização para modelo híbrido, com até dois dias de home office por semana, conforme alinhamento interno e maturidade na função.
