The posting

Estamos a recrutar um(a) Responsável de Operações Industriais para assegurar a coordenação diária das operações produtivas, garantindo o cumprimento dos planos de produção, a gestão eficiente dos recursos e o alinhamento entre as equipas operacionais e a Direção de Produção.

Este profissional terá um papel fundamental na otimização dos processos produtivos, na liderança das equipas de supervisão e na promoção de elevados padrões de qualidade, segurança e eficiência operacional.

Principais Responsabilidades

Gestão das Operações Produtivas

  • Assegurar a execução do plano de produção definido pela Direção de Produção.
  • Garantir a distribuição eficiente dos recursos humanos e materiais entre as equipas.
  • Coordenar prioridades entre secções produtivas, promovendo o alinhamento entre as diferentes áreas operacionais.
  • Monitorizar diariamente e semanalmente o progresso da produção, ajustando recursos e prioridades sempre que necessário.

Liderança e Desenvolvimento de Equipas

  • Liderar, motivar e desenvolver a equipa de Supervisores de Produção.
  • Avaliar o desempenho das equipas e identificar necessidades de formação e desenvolvimento.
  • Promover práticas de liderança eficazes e colaborativas.
  • Garantir uma comunicação clara e alinhada entre supervisores e direção.

Qualidade, Segurança e Conformidade

  • Assegurar o cumprimento das normas de qualidade, procedimentos internos e requisitos aplicáveis ao setor.
  • Promover uma forte cultura de segurança, garantindo o cumprimento dos procedimentos operacionais e a correta utilização dos equipamentos de proteção individual.
  • Liderar ações corretivas e preventivas relacionadas com segurança e qualidade.
  • Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, acompanhando a implementação das respetivas ações de melhoria.

Melhoria Contínua e Performance Operacional

  • Monitorizar indicadores de desempenho, incluindo produtividade, eficiência, desperdício, retrabalho e absentismo.
  • Identificar desvios operacionais e implementar ações corretivas.
  • Contribuir para a análise técnica de problemas e definição de soluções estruturais.
  • Promover iniciativas de melhoria contínua focadas na otimização dos processos e recursos.

Gestão e Reporte

  • Acompanhar os consumos de materiais críticos e garantir a conformidade dos processos.
  • Identificar oportunidades de investimento e melhorias em equipamentos, instalações e fluxos de trabalho.
  • Elaborar relatórios operacionais para a Direção de Produção.
  • Conduzir reuniões operacionais regulares e comunicar prioridades às equipas.

Perfil Pretendido

Formação Académica

  • Licenciatura em Engenharia Naval, Engenharia Mecânica, Gestão Industrial ou área similar.

Experiência e Conhecimentos

  • Experiência relevante em ambientes industriais exigentes.
  • Conhecimentos sólidos de Gestão da Produção.
  • Conhecimento do setor naval será valorizado.
  • Experiência na gestão de equipas operacionais e supervisão industrial.
  • Conhecimentos em melhoria contínua, qualidade e eficiência operacional.
