The posting

A nossa empresa cliente encontra-se a recrutar um Chefe de Oficina experiente para assumir a coordenação e organização diária de uma unidade de produção de caixilharia de alumínio.

Procuramos um profissional com forte experiência no terreno, capacidade de liderança e conhecimentos técnicos sólidos, que consiga garantir o bom funcionamento da oficina, desde o planeamento da produção até ao controlo de qualidade do produto final.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Organizar e acompanhar diariamente a atividade da oficina de produção;
  • Planear e distribuir a produção de acordo com as prioridades, prazos e recursos disponíveis;
  • Ler e interpretar desenhos técnicos, projetos e dossiers de fabrico;
  • Distribuir as tarefas pelos diferentes elementos da equipa e acompanhar a sua execução;
  • Coordenar, orientar e desenvolver a equipa de produção;
  • Assegurar o cumprimento dos procedimentos, métodos de trabalho e objetivos de produção;
  • Dominar e acompanhar as diferentes etapas do fabrico de caixilharia de alumínio;
  • Supervisionar a utilização de máquinas de corte, maquinação e equipamentos CNC;
  • Identificar e resolver problemas técnicos ou erros de fabrico, implementando as respetivas ações corretivas;
  • Garantir o controlo de qualidade dos produtos antes da saída da oficina;
  • Minimizar erros de produção e intervenções corretivas em obra;
  • Participar ativamente na melhoria dos processos, métodos de trabalho, organização e produtividade da oficina;
  • Garantir a correta gestão e utilização dos materiais e equipamentos;
  • Assegurar uma boa articulação com as áreas de Métodos, Compras, Logística e Acompanhamento de Obra;
  • Acompanhar os indicadores de produção e propor medidas de melhoria sempre que necessário.

Requisitos

  • Experiência mínima de 10 anos no fabrico de caixilharia de alumínio, preferencialmente em funções de responsabilidade ou coordenação;
  • Experiência comprovada na organização e gestão de uma oficina de produção;
  • Sólidos conhecimentos das diferentes fases e processos de fabrico de caixilharia de alumínio;
  • Capacidade para interpretar desenhos técnicos e dossiers de fabrico;
  • Bons conhecimentos de máquinas de corte, maquinação e equipamentos CNC;
  • Forte capacidade de organização e planeamento;
  • Capacidade de liderança, coordenação e acompanhamento de equipas;
  • Boa capacidade de resolução de problemas e tomada de decisão;
  • Perfil muito operacional e com forte presença no terreno;
  • Capacidade para trabalhar com autonomia e sentido de responsabilidade;
  • Orientação para a qualidade, produtividade e cumprimento de prazos;
  • Facilidade de comunicação e de articulação com diferentes departamentos.
