Procuramos profissionais com experiência em serralharia de bancada, manutenção e reparação de moldes e ferramentas industriais, com elevado sentido de responsabilidade, autonomia e atenção ao detalhe.

MISSÃO DA FUNÇÃO

Assegurar a manutenção, reparação, alteração e montagem de moldes, cunhos, cortantes, calibres e ferramentas de apoio à produção, garantindo o seu correto funcionamento, o cumprimento das especificações técnicas e a disponibilidade dos equipamentos para a operação.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Executar operações de manutenção de 2.º e 3.º nível em moldes, cunhos, cortantes, calibres e ferramentas de apoio à produção.
  • Realizar alterações em placas-molde e caixas de machos, utilizando os materiais e equipamentos adequados.
  • Utilizar equipamentos e instrumentos de medição e controlo, garantindo o cumprimento das especificações técnicas.
  • Operar equipamentos como fresa, torno, furadora radial, retificadora, lixadeira, serras de corte e rebarbadora.
  • Executar trabalhos de soldadura sempre que necessário.
  • Efetuar a montagem, ajuste e afinação de componentes mecânicos e ferramentas.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência comprovada em serralharia de bancada e na utilização de fresa, torno e furadora radial (requisito obrigatório).
  • Experiência na utilização de retificadora, lixadeira, serras de corte, rebarbadora e equipamentos de soldadura (fator preferencial).
  • Experiência na utilização de instrumentos de medição, nomeadamente paquímetros, micrómetros e outros equipamentos de controlo dimensional (requisito obrigatório).
  • Capacidade de leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos, croquis e especificações técnicas.
  • Conhecimentos de ajustagem mecânica e manutenção de moldes e ferramentas.
  • Sentido de responsabilidade, rigor e atenção ao detalhe.
  • Capacidade de trabalho em equipa e boa comunicação com os diferentes departamentos da fábrica.
  • Proatividade e orientação para a melhoria contínua.
