The posting

O nosso cliente, referência no setor da metalomecânica, encontra-se a recrutar um profissional para desempenhar funções na área de montagem, instalação e manutenção de estruturas e equipamentos metálicos. O profissional será responsável pela instalação, montagem, reparação e manutenção de equipamentos e estruturas metálicas, de acordo com desenhos técnicos, especificações e normas de segurança, higiene e ambiente.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Analisar e interpretar desenhos técnicos, esboços, esquemas e documentação associada a peças e equipamentos.
  • Executar operações de montagem, ajuste, ponteamento e fixação de elementos metálicos, utilizando ferramentas e equipamentos adequados.
  • Realizar a instalação, regulação e afinação de equipamentos mecânicos, pneumáticos e hidráulicos.
  • Efetuar inspeções e manutenção preventiva e corretiva, incluindo substituição, lubrificação e ajuste de componentes.
  • Diagnosticar avarias e realizar intervenções de reparação em equipamentos e estruturas.
  • Registar todas as intervenções e operações em relatórios técnicos e fichas de manutenção.

Requirements

Requisitos técnicos:

  • (Preferencial) Curso de Nível III em Serralharia Mecânica ou área equivalente.
  • (Valorizado) Nível IV em Serralharia Mecânica, Manutenção Industrial, Construções Metálicas ou similar.
  • Experiência em ambiente industrial metalomecânico, nomeadamente em montagem de estruturas metálicas e/ou manutenção mecânica.
  • Conhecimentos de leitura e interpretação de desenho técnico.
  • Conhecimentos de mecânica geral, tecnologia dos materiais, pneumática, hidráulica e noções de eletricidade aplicada.
  • Conhecimentos de normas de qualidade, segurança, higiene e ambiente.
  • Carta de condução e disponibilidade para deslocações e viagens.

Competências comportamentais:

  • Capacidade de identificar ferramentas e materiais adequados a cada tarefa.
  • Destreza no uso de ferramentas manuais e equipamentos de oficina.
  • Rigor, responsabilidade e atenção ao detalhe.
  • Proatividade e capacidade de resolução de problemas técnicos.
  • Espírito de equipa e boa capacidade de comunicação.
  • Adaptabilidade a novas tecnologias e métodos de trabalho.
