Supervisor de Construção Civil - Projeto de 6 a 8 meses

Procuramos um(a) Supervisor de Construção Civil para integrar um projeto industrial na Maceira, assegurando a supervisão das atividades de obra civil, a coordenação de empreiteiros e o cumprimento dos requisitos de qualidade, segurança e planeamento definidos para o projeto.

Responsabilidades

  • Supervisionar as frentes de obra civil e os serviços executados por empreiteiros nas áreas sob sua responsabilidade.
  • Garantir a conformidade dos trabalhos com os projetos, especificações técnicas e procedimentos aplicáveis.
  • Coordenar e articular atividades com as equipas de engenharia civil, elétrica, mecânica, segurança e restantes áreas envolvidas no projeto.
  • Identificar desvios de execução, propor medidas corretivas e reportar o progresso dos trabalhos ao Gestor de Projeto.
  • Acompanhar diariamente os planos de trabalho dos empreiteiros, verificando equipas, recursos, equipamentos e ferramentas necessários à execução das atividades.
  • Elaborar relatórios de progresso e monitorizar o impacto de outras disciplinas na evolução da obra civil.
  • Assegurar a qualidade da execução dos trabalhos e a utilização da documentação técnica mais recente e aprovada.
  • Garantir que estão reunidas as condições logísticas e operacionais necessárias para uma execução segura e eficiente das atividades.
  • Monitorizar interfaces com outras especialidades, prevenindo conflitos, interferências e atrasos na execução.
  • Promover um ambiente de trabalho seguro, organizado e orientado para a produtividade.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura em Engenharia Civil ou Curso Técnico na área da Construção Civil.
  • Experiência comprovada em supervisão e acompanhamento de obras de construção civil.
  • Experiência na gestão e coordenação de empreiteiros e subempreiteiros.
  • Conhecimentos de metodologias construtivas, controlo de qualidade e gestão de obra.
  • Capacidade de leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos e documentação de projeto.
  • Forte capacidade de análise, resolução de problemas e tomada de decisão.
  • Excelentes competências de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial em contexto industrial e de obra.
