The posting

Desde LUZA Group buscamos incorporar un/a Técnico/a de Nóminas Senior para formar parte de un equipo especializado en gestión laboral y nóminas.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de la gestión integral del ciclo de nómina, trabajando con un volumen elevado de empleados y aportando experiencia consolidada en asesoría laboral.

Funciones principales

  • Gestión y cálculo integral de nóminas de principio a fin.
  • Gestión de un volumen de más de 400 nóminas mensuales.
  • Altas, bajas, contratos, modificaciones y variaciones de empleados.
  • Gestión de incidencias de nómina y resolución de consultas laborales.
  • Cálculo y revisión de finiquitos, liquidaciones y atrasos.
  • Gestión de seguros sociales y procesos relacionados con la Seguridad Social.
  • Aplicación e interpretación de convenios colectivos y normativa laboral.
  • Gestión de las diferentes incidencias laborales que afectan al cálculo de nómina.
  • Elaboración y revisión de informes y reporting laboral.
  • Atención y asesoramiento a clientes en materia laboral y de nóminas.
  • Colaboración con el equipo para garantizar la correcta gestión de los procesos y el cumplimiento de plazos.

Requisitos

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en cálculo y gestión de nóminas y asesoría laboral.
  • Experiencia gestionando un volumen de +400 nóminas.
  • Nivel alto de Sage Connected / Sage Despachos / Sage 200.
  • Nivel alto de Excel, especialmente para análisis, tratamiento y revisión de información.
  • Conocimiento sólido de legislación laboral y Seguridad Social.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con autonomía y gestionar grandes volúmenes de información.
  • Perfil organizado, analítico y orientado al detalle.

Buscamos una persona con experiencia consolidada en el ámbito laboral, acostumbrada a trabajar con volúmenes elevados de nóminas, con autonomía en la gestión y capacidad para detectar y resolver incidencias.

Será especialmente valorable que haya desarrollado su trayectoria en asesoría laboral, donde haya tenido contacto directo con diferentes clientes, convenios y casuísticas laborales.
