O nosso cliente pretende reforçar a sua equipa de Tecnologias de Informação através da integração de um(a) Técnico(a) de Informática, responsável pela gestão, manutenção e suporte das infraestruturas tecnológicas da organização.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Assegurar a instalação, configuração e manutenção de equipamentos informáticos e sistemas operativos;
  • Gerir e monitorizar servidores, garantindo o seu correto funcionamento e desempenho;
  • Prestar suporte técnico de 1.ª e 2.ª linha aos utilizadores;
  • Diagnosticar e resolver incidentes de hardware, software e comunicações;
  • Gerir o sistema de tickets e acompanhar a resolução de ocorrências;
  • Administrar contas de utilizador, permissões e serviços de correio eletrónico;
  • Realizar manutenção preventiva e corretiva do parque informático;
  • Articular com fornecedores externos de serviços de IT;
  • Apoiar projetos de melhoria das infraestruturas tecnológicas;
  • Efetuar inventário e gestão de equipamentos informáticos;
  • Desenvolver conteúdos e soluções multimédia de suporte à comunicação interna;
  • Garantir o correto funcionamento dos sistemas e serviços tecnológicos da organização.

Perfil Pretendido

  • Formação académica na área de Informática, Sistemas de Informação ou similar;
  • Experiência profissional em suporte técnico e administração de sistemas;
  • Conhecimentos de sistemas operativos Windows e infraestruturas Microsoft;
  • Experiência na gestão de servidores e redes informáticas;
  • Conhecimentos de hardware, software e troubleshooting;
  • Capacidade de organização e gestão de prioridades;
  • Orientação para o cliente interno e para a resolução de problemas;
  • Espírito de equipa, proatividade e autonomia;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
